we need permament police presence like the suburbs - when i go drop my kids in bergvliet or drive through constatia etc the law enforcement follows and pulls you over showing off to residents that they are safe - cape flats has 1 unfit cop for a entire community - shot spotter is only for stats not to rid and fix the problem you know this well - everything use do is half ass - you seem to have more protection in your videos then an entire community on the cape flats

I spotted at least 3 taxi's committing infractions and dangerous driving in that zone and nothing was done about them even though there was a traffic services car in the same area driving in the same direction.
