This was the type of fight I was looking for. Fighting with courage both Gargoyles at the same type, not hiding behind stones. Even more challenging was your amount of HP, even 1 tick of poison from any of them get you killed. It must have been a lot of tries to get this done, congratulations for your patience and skill!
Awesome video and fight man. I had my suspicions, but now it's confirmed. The reason why Elden Ring is so hard for me and others is because we're always panicking when fighting bosses. We're under stress. But this video thoroughly proved that the key is to stay calm and collected. To be patient and wait out the full combos of attacks. To be patient and not over extend. To be calm, because if you're calm, you can confidently time and dodge the bosses' attacks. Because seeing these bosses attack from a different POV, it's not impossible to dodge at all. It's just hard because we're panicking and rushing. This was a beautiful display of skill.

How do you become level 1?
You have to start the game with the wretch class and dont level up. Thats the only class that starts at lvl 1

Level 1 playthrughs are pretty common and honestly the early game to mid game is easier than if you were to play it regularly because people who play level one usually get the serpent hunter and since you can get it to +9 without beating any boss its pretty easy to beat bosses up until morgott. Only the late game is a challange on a level 1 run assuming you use something like the serpent hunter

Ha im on an unleveled +0 char, this is the one boss I didn't beat. I even used the wrong warp skip, and managed to beat the Godskin duo.
It's impressive that he always knows whether it is safe to dodge backwards for the phase 2 flying blood throw. I always dodge straight into some off-camera fire puddle.
