Question for the experts. When you have a dented tank, how do you fix the dent? I thought of presurazing the tank and heat it to expand the air in it and force it to push the dent out. I have done it backwards and it works, but haven´t tried it to push the dents out.

really great restoration but i dont like the color black you might as well paint in green tea color also.....

What is green magic? I have nickel plated a dozen hand tools learning how/practicing for the black powder revolvers I have now done. I have used vinegar for rust removal and then I do the polish work with a buffer using sisal wheels with black compound and progressing down to a soft wheel and white compound. The better the polish the better the result. For the absolute best nickel plate it is important to copper plate the part first.

How did you straighten the main (ACME) screw? What is that additional piece next to the ACME nut used for? Something other than a regular nut would have been a better choice for the swivel adjustment...come-on man!
