I only really have one comment to add and that is that this was a very professional and entertaining presentation. I am sure that one concern people may have is maintenance with such high ceilings but I am sure contractors are available to handle that.
Thank you for your kind feedback! We appreciate that :) Yes with high ceilings this is quite often a concern with buyers however like you said, this is something the developers would be able to advise you on in terms of maintenance/ cleaning!

how can you own something in thailand the rules in thailand are that no foreigners can own land in thailand. so if you buy something in thailand you don't really own it ??

for the price, footprint looks squeezed & no back yard. 450k USD seems more appropriate.
The cheapest plot available in this complex will be 16,999,000 THB which is around $468K USD but you get around 100 sqm less of space
Nice house but I thought foreigners can't own homes in Thailand
one MASSIVE problem with these houses, they are way to close to each other with little to no outside space. For $2M I expect a lot more. As a foreigner I will never purchase a house or villa in Thailand till I can own the land on which it's built, I do believe Thailand are looking to implement a law which will allow this but as of now I won't be investing in property here although I have visited a few time & enjoy the country.
what do you mean by “own the land on which it is built” ? isn’t the villa is mine so the land on which is built is automatically mine too ?
@@AkashSingh-uk5ub No as of now a foreigner cannot own land in Thailand. If you have built a villa the land it is not yours it is only leased for a maximum of 30 years. Just google or RUclips search owning land as a foreigner in Thailand. If you are married to a Thai you can put the house in their name & they will be able to own the land & villa built on it if you purchased the land but the risk with this is you don't own the villa or land that way & if you split up with your wife or husband or they want you to get out there is little to nothing you can do about it as a foreigner (there are many examples is foreigners getting scammed this way. Some foreigners try to be clever & buy through setting up a Thai company but again this is a risk as you have to have Thai members on the board & as a foreigner you are only allowed 49% ownership of said company, do the maths51% in Thai ownership v 49% in your ownership you are the minority. The only property you can own outright as a foreigner is a condo but even with condo buildings there are fewer percentage of the overall amount of units available that are allowed for foreign ownership.

@@warrenw273 you can lease for 30 years & you may be able to lease for a further 30 years & that's it. You can not own land in Thailand as a foreigner. The land owner can always refuse you a second lease, would you want to risk that I certainly would not.

This is something I don't understand: why 2 kitchens? The so called Thai kitchen is perfectly fine, it does the job and is behind a door. I do not do performance art when cooking so a flashy kitchen that is part of the living area is for me a waste of space. I could put bookshelves there instead, far more important 😀
Book shelves would be a nice addition. Two kitchens is very common in higher priced homes! You can find homes with one kitchen for much cheaper than this one :)

Wall paper is not a great idea in thailand. Our house in Chiangmai has it, its only 7 years old and wow, not great to take care of. highly reccomend not using Walpaper.

In Thai culture it's considered very disrespectful to wear shoes inside somebody's home, hence why we never wear shoes inside the houses we film or we have slippers that they provide!
