When I thought my loved ones thought the worst of me, it surprised me to realize that it was me thinking the worst of them. Every real wrong done to me plus the perceived wrongs born of my imagination, piled up on top of me, each new hurt another brick weighing down deeper and deeper until all was so dark and lonely around me. The light began to filter through as I remembered Christs love for each and every one of us is equally doled out. I then began to dole out faith in others, choosing to believe that they are not thinking the worst of me. If there is solid evidence, from the words they say to me, I can know that I am ok and can lose nothing of myself, because I am equal in value to everyone. Jesus tells me so, and His love sets me free. I see through my eyes differently. I have been learning to look at others through a lens of light. The darkness is falling away. I read His words and keep His words upon my heart.

I miss my Sangha but my yoga teacher was verbally abusive and angry toward me and never told me why. I just want heartfelt conscious communication. He told me I was no longer welcome in class 6 months ago. He then left for 6 months and has now returned to our little fishing village here in Mexico. I greeted him warmly and his response was a look of such anger toward me as he quickly walked away. He teaches in our community center that I have supported for 2 1/2 years living here full time. I believe this was the cause of my husband and I was friends with a narcissist who eventually spoke badly of us. Said narcissist is now dead. He stole our truck and died in a homeless shelter 600 miles away. We never got our truck back and don't even want it due to the bad energy it holds. I did write a letter to me teacher but he just threw it at me. I would deeply appreciate your guidance 🙏💗🕉️

No I will not be silenced. I have held contempt, hatred, anger and disrespect. I have been attacked and I will not be shut up in telling God and pleading my case before God. The devil, demons and any other evil would like nothing more then for me to shut up. I tell God everything. No matter how good or how bad. I told God my name, I told God my family name on both sides, I told God their first names. You will shut me up no more. I have been silent for far too long. Tell God your names. Don't be silenced. Don't ask to cast out devil, demons, etc....Ask for them to be destroyed. Use your own names so that God knows who you are. Remember when they said that God said, I do not know you. You know why God do not know you? Because you need to tell God what your names are. Did you not have a name you were given when you were born? What was that name and use it! Then God will know who you are. You aren't using somebody elses name, you use your own names. You don't use somebody else's voice from the past, you use your own voices in the present.

I always REMIND MYSELF that the battle is SPIRITUAL...Eph 6:12...remaining composed and praying and letting The LORD fight our battles...that confuses the devil, when he doesn't see us react.
