Just because you say its easy doesn't make it so. I'd like to see you take off the top. Its not easy and I have been a mech for over 40 yrs. Every driveway so called mech thinks they can do stuff like this but really don't have a clue. Next time if you can't show how to do it don't talk about it! Your video sucks!

We have a big ole Golden Retriever and his hair had matted up on the coil and this is why the blower felt like the breath of a sleeping baby. Did your fix and now it blow 20 times harder. Appreciate that, but now you gave me yet another project to do on my 1999 Dodge Ram Van 3500. So in order of projects to do: broken LEAFSPRING, , replace spring, Install Air Lift 5000 , replace again Governor Presssure sensor inside tranny, get smogged, get registered, Install custom headers, get floorboard, Install oval porthole window, make custom vanity, 3 drawer cabinet and install sink in same with drain leading out on wheelwell, clean evaporator... That's it....piece of cake, unless you got 60 candles on it, then not so much... Peace and pussy to you. 😎
@@garionporter5961 It was initially a sensor-driven electric-fan. The head-gasket was blown.....but if I had the engine-fan on most of the time, it would stay cool enough to run OK and not spew coolant all over the place. The sensor turned the fan on too late.
I recently got a 96 3500. its in pretty decent shape, just very dirty. one issue is the noisy AC. I was shocked that there was no filter. autozone didn't even believe, since there's one listed in their books. anyway, this video is helpful! I was wondering if there was a way to get that box to open more, but I guess that's it.
How do you access the serif door..?

Try rock auto or junk yard or shop replace hoses.

Looks like somebody replaced your vacuum-controlled heater check-valve, with a manually operated valve.
