I use it and the motor is not strong enough if you're sweaty or using it with cream, batteries gets weak really quick

Iv had one its great i thought it stopped working until i took the blades off and soaked it with hot water and dawn dishwashing liquid now i clean it after every use if you use shaving cream over time it can cloug up the blades keep them from turning so once i soaked and cleaned it works like new again iv had mine for about 6months still works good best $60 i ever spent

The Romex you have is likely 14 gauge wire. When you switch over to the 30 amp input, I suggest using a heavier gauge wire. 10 gauge should do the trick. There's more heat in the transfer of electricity when you increase the amperage. While using the 14 gauge wire should be okay, you don't want to open yourself up to the possibility of an electrical fire. Anything after your breaker should be fine with the 14 gauge romex because the breaker will trip if there is any issue with the circuit. Hope that's helpful.
