Greetings Arnold. My printer (MX922) displayed "ON" LEDs only for 1 cartridge, that is atop cartridge. The others had LEDs on at the bottom. Printed stuff looked awful. However, followed your method and got success. Good advice, great video. Thank you.

Finally, when the machine doesn't accept the cartridge... SMASH IT WITH A HAMMER! ...Or just get a new cartridge.

Thanks for showing me how to fix this issue. Canons can be so finicky even when using a reliable brand of ink. In my case, the PGI 250XL (black photographic ink) was rejected again after running your troubleshoot. I restarted your troubleshoot and left the cover open but didn't remove any cartridges. The PGI 250XL cartridge light was barely lit but after a few minutes, the light brightened to the intensity of the others. I closed the cover and it ran its cycle and accepted that cartridge.

Papa Arnold, I have gone through a number of youtube post to fix the ink cartridge issue on my Epson wf-7620 and had no success. After watching your tutorial i had success and the printer recognized the ink cartridges. I appreciate the old school tutorials as it reminds me of all the safety videos i have seen here in Australia. Thank you Arnold

Preciso de ajuda, tenho a canon ip7250 e estava a imprimir quando deu um erro 1410 onde diz que o tinteiro não é reconhecido, já troquei o tinteiro e nada. Fica a piscar uma luz laranja no botão do meio onde tem a folha desenhada. O que posso fazer para resolver o problema? Não me deixa imprimir nada. Obrigado
