Also shows you who got traded for who, like how Vancouver continued their 20 year long experiment of trading good young players for old bad ones when they traded Rick Vaive for Tiger Williams. I've spent like countless hours on Hockey Reference looking at all this draft shit like you're going over, who's best at what, etc. They have a stat called Point Shares there that sort of standardizes player value that's super awesome for telling how well players really played, so if you ever want to know why the Oilers won all those cups, check the PS of their 79 and 80 drafts.
