you loose money yes on new car but with old car you loose your life and dont save money repairs are not free on old cars either a genuine parts with quality service can cost 1200 plus on break and roaters alone plus you will never know previous old car owner maintain it right way or used nongenuine parts which can result in accident on high you save money and loose your life lol.

Most of these vehicles aren’t real SUV they are actually CUV. SUV are on a full frame and have significantly better off road capabilities. CUV are unibody construction and so aren’t as good for off road. 4 wheel and Awd on these vehicles is for moderate snow and ice on road only.

I just bought a Toyota RAv4, but my wait time is 4 to 6 months. I will wait as I have not heard anything negative about this choice. I currently own a Nissan Rouge and it’s been a money pit!! Problem after problem! Don’t buy this vehicle, period! I’m so happy to see a review that addresses the transmission issue. I wish I would have purchased a RAV4 sooner, but anything good is worth the wait.

Incorrect. I love my 2024 Escape and I had a 2016 Escape and loved it! I have the ST Elite with the bigger engine.

Excellent Review of many SUV's. Is there any options without a Infotainment System? In my opinion the best Infotainment System is not to have one. I do not want this in my Automobile. I would like a Physical buttons, knobs, switches, a Key, Manual Parking Break, not an Electric Parking Break. Basic things like a Dipstick so I can check my Engine Oil and complete some Maintenance for example. The more bells and whistles that are on a Vehicle means the more there is to break. Also, a Fully Digital Instrument Panel is something that I can do without as well. I am not a fan of these bright Displays shinning in my face. If the Vehicle was lighter in Weight. 200HP and lower would be more than enough. One would have a better Power to Wight in the Vehicle did not weigh as much. A Manual Transmission option would be nice as well.

I have had a 2020 and now 2024 Ford escape. Zero problems and I get 32 miles to the gallon on the highway. I haven’t had any of the issues that have been listed in the video. A very reliable car in my opinion.

I just bought a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Trend AWD. It has a far better looking exterior and updated interior than Honda or Toyota. Great value!

vw taos awd in this video has the garbage dsg transmission. i got a 2023 vw taos s fwd for $24k including tax, tag, title to replace a trouble-free, 120k mile 2013 vw passat s that i gave to a relative in financial distress. my taos has a traditional 8sp at (fwd) and zero nannies & fluff extras that go wrong (base s model). one year of zero-problem ownership, 28mpg suburban, 38mpg highway. taos is tightly built. i test drove the toyota corolla cross, which is plasticky, slow & noisy. vw cars require proper annual maintenance, get a toyota if you wont do so. nonsense video.

2020 ACURA MDX? That's a lie. It's the second most reliable suv made. Only the Lexus RX is more reliable. It has a slightly better transmission.

Bought a Mazda cx7 and went with the 2.5L works like a charm so far had it for a couple of months and it’s amazing if you want reliability just don’t buy anything hybrid or with turbos

Driving Subaru Forrester for 11 years, just routine maintenance and brake pads / rotors because of weather snow/ salt. Added another interesting SUV Mitsubishi RVR , 2.4 SWC SE, haven't got the possession yet, by end of April.

I purchased a 2019 Traihawk new. Currently have 82000 on it. Have had no problems. Did maintenance on it regularly. I have reservations on the 2024 since it now has a turbo. Turbos are problematic.

This is a pretty much an add for Toyota and Honda. Toyota I can let go due to it’s recognition. But Honda is one of the worst in newer small to mid segment. Yes, it was great 10 years back, but not anymore. Tiny under powered engines with most of cheap plastic interior. Mazda should have kicked it out of the park even though it is a bit expensive and has less hight. 😂 Also, Nissan x trail (same) is a way more reliable than this claims. It can run 10 years with no mechanical issues whatsoever.
