I bought this Machine on Saturday January 23rd from Jeff(the richest man in the world), he owns a very large website & truth be told I’d like to meet him.However, I don’t want to promote large monopolies so I won’t plug his website. This machine was purchased for $137 Canadian and is a good value. We will go thru all of its functions in this video series.

This video shows 3 exercises that I'm supposed to perform during week 1 of rehab. Sorry for the poor view of the exercises, my range is limited. I'll try to zoom out a little more for the next video so you can see them better next time.
