      Keep trying! When my husband and I started baking, our first loaves were awful. It took us many months of trying before we were able to get it right. Is your bread very dense or do you have some nice pockets of air in your loaf? Dense bread could be an immature starter. Flat bread that has air pockets might be a fermentation or shaping issue.
