I have this exact same bike. What would be the top speed number with top pedal assist and rear wheel off the ground? My pedal assist is set 1-7. My bike shows 38mph. With me on it at 220lbs I haven't tested it that way. Anyone??

I just got the h5 and it's brand new and I've been having battery problems and on a full charge only last 15 minutes but it only takes like 2 hours two charged fully and it says 4 to 6 and and it says it gives you 25 MI per charge what does that sound like to you can you help me

Got mine 4 weeks ago, broke both bones in my arm a week ago hitting the smallest pothole at 19mpg when a car passed me laughing out the window and brake checked me. Atleast for a split second I knew what it was like to fly like superman. I really recommend getting a helmet, even my regular bike helmet saved me from much worse damage. 19mpg may not seem fast but it is during a crash.

165lb and the best I've gotten on my s2 pro was 19 miles at mostly 19 mph with tons of stopping, no hills. I've only had it 3 weeks though.

Hey everyone, I just bought this solid e-scooter yesterday and was very excited to try it out. However, when I unboxed it and turned it on, the dashboard didn't display anything (black screen). Everything else, like the headlight, signals, and brake light, works-as long as I keep pressing the red button. Even the acceleration works. But whenever I'm not pressing the red button, the machine turns off. It's super weird since I just bought it, and it died within 3-5 minutes. I really need help because I don't know why this is happening, and I can't contact customer service through their website.

My D6+ now has 2,400 miles on it.... Changed the tires twice, the headlight bracket and kickstand. Otherwise, it is so reliable and I have ridden out 20 miles and back, many times. Oh- If you get to 47 volts, you walk!! Want to go to Scooter Paradise? Go to Borrego Springs!

What Im not a fan of is no matter what PAS level you are in and if you start pedaling hard, the bike governs you and wont let you pedal faster with the aid of whatever PAS level you are in. My other ebike isnt like that sadly

The top speed is falsely advertised in their ads and websites. I brought the bike thinking it would go 28, pretty sad to use these tactics to sell more bikes.

5’11 220 my first ride got 3.4 miles and it was at 65% lol a havent pushed it yet. Only bought for camping and wanted something that could do 10 miles total so figured wouldn’t get 25 as advertised lol but maybe half and I am ok with that

Im having the same exact problem my trigger is loose. They wouldn't replace mine but offered me one for $75 of I gave them a good review from where I bought the scooter. Thanks for the vid though im just rig ridding for now with the broken trigger. Finance's are there right now to get the new one. I was wondering about the cheaper replacements on Amazon and eBay... 😉👍🫡

I'm debating if I should buy this scooter, I got the money just not sure yet lol. Though I did bought the nanrobot LS7+ 72 volt it's on the way should arrive after may 6th. I hope nanrobot releases more new models in the near future I look forward to that. The RGB lighting on the LS7 kinda reminds me of my teverun supreme looks cool as s hit so that's why I decided to buy it lol.

All you had to do was put some Vaseline on your handle bar and slide a little inside and tge the handle grip will come right off

They offered only repetitive, unhelpful one-sentence replies and delayed responses, clearly trying to evade providing a real solution. Their lack of accountability and failure to honor their 14-day satisfaction guarantee is a testament to their disregard for customer satisfaction and legal obligations. I have since initiated an A-Z claim through Amazon, which has acknowledged the misleading nature of Jasion's advertising and the severity of my issue.
