So cute! Beautiful too! Video... yes please!
@@joanhuggett5164 Good call Joan haha! I’ll put this on the to do list 😁
Where did u get that text for the thumbnail
@@DJVOutdoors I think from memory it was from free fonts to be honest. They have loads of choice and if it’s for non profit you can use them.
Wow, Russ! That was hair-raising! What a ride! Absolutely beautiful woods you took us through... loved all those trees. Thanks so much. Very glad you didn't go over the handlebars into the lake or the pit or a tree :)
Haha thanks Joan! I'm glad too but I was close at one point, thankfully managing to save it in time! All good fun and I'm sure I'll be back there again at some stage. Thanks again for your comment, much appreciated. I've now set up a new channel unique for Photography if you like some of the content you see here from the UK. Please look out for "Adventure Russ Photography" where you'll see some new videos :) Thanks for watching and take care!
Beautiful 👍
Thanks!
"Wow, these waterfalls are absolutely breathtaking! You've captured the beauty of Snowdonia perfectly."
@@PluspointAgency thanks 🙏 I absolutely loved this place! You’re right it’s breathtaking.
Beautiful! Enjoying it from over the sea and far away. Quite stunning, the low view at water level with sounds. Thanks Russ.
@@joanhuggett5164 Yes Joan a superb location, it’s around 3-4hours drive from my home so I’ll sure be going back at some point again soon. Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Russ , love it ! Happy Days together on Celtic Dragon , MT Cmdr
@@juliesteel7534 Thanks Julie. Yes indeed, such a stunning place!
That woodland at 5:00👍🌳
Yes amazing, such a find and all new landscapes to see for the first time!
Well Done Russ , Loving the Celtic Dragon Tee Shirt !
@@juliesteel7534 Haha thanks and always representing team MT! 😂
Wow! 'Go you good thing' Russ. Wales, what a place! Trail running through those wonderful trees was pretty spectacular (for this forest-deprived lady). Thanks Russ, so beautiful.
Haha yes Joan Wales is very much lush green countryside and woodland! I was fortunate to seek out some new areas and it paid off, a really amazing part of the country for sure! Glad you enjoyed this one! :)
Magic! Inspirational!!!
@@TTraveller3 🙏 Thanks mate, stunning spot this one!
Looka great a interesting area 👍🙂
Thanks, yes it was a great adventure, all new landscape to explore, good memories :)
@@AdventureRuss 👍
Well done, Russ! It was spectacular and beautiful, especially brought out by your phone shots. As you say, the terrain was really rugged and I can hardly credit you were trail running most of the time. Loved seeing the cactus and those little pink flowers hanging in there. Thanks for taking us along.
Thanks Joan! I'm glad you watched part 2 for the impressive views which was all unexpected and rewarding once I reached the furthest point of the hike! A great challenge to be in that kind of landscape and heat, so I'm glad I pushed on. Thanks again for watching and all the best from the UK! :)
Fair play to you we are cracking this in feb .... Im ex military and the other is a mountain man from the polish highlands Cant wait to get rescued hahaha
Haha I'm sure you'll have a great time if you plan to take on the challenge. Providing it's not windy like it was for us (really blows a gale on Ingleborough) you'll be fine!
@@AdventureRuss haha thanks mate i hope so
That looked very tough, Russ. A bit like our part of the world in the middle of a drought. Sensible though to come back at a better time of the day. I'm glad we'll get to see the views from the top. Looking forward to it. 'North Yorkshiremen are made of sterner stuff'... that's the quote isn't it? :) ATB from the West Australian bush.
Thanks Joan! Ha yes I'm sure, albeit still cooler than your neck of the woods, but very hot for a Yorkshire lad who is use to an average 16d! :) This was a great find, and it does get even better as we explore further in land as I discovered so stayed tuned for part 2 :) Hope all is well in WA! Take care until the next time.

Good evening I wouldn't fancy it but Dave would love it. Looks like superman flying by . I wonder how many decide not to go after the practice run. It is certainly a stunning location. It definitely looks an adrenaline rush, I enjoyed watching from the comfort of my sofa. A great video thanks for sharing best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thanks Dawn, yes the practice run feels great until the end where suddenly coming into land you realise how fast it is! It does though give you the confidence to then go for the big one, until you see how much more steep the zip line is at 500ft high that is! Ha! Rather nerve racking, but superb feeling once you hit the higher speed off it. Hopefully Dave can enjoy the thrill of it one day! :) Thanks for watching!
Thank you- great informative video
@@Kitchenheaven444 Great, thanks for watching and hopefully you get out for walk around here 👍🏻
Seems like a great location 🙂👍
Yes superb location, I've seen it's incredible views on the summit without the clouds, hopefully you'll get up there and see it on an even better day. :)
Where you get the train from in Llandudno please

@@rosadaza-e3q yes it’s a really dramatic mountain, I’ll make it up there one day 👍🏻
Wow! This really has whet the appetite for the next two days, Russ. Such a lot to take in. Loved it.
Thanks Joan, yes lots to follow, Mountain Snowdon Hike and something else very unique and special for day 3! I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Hope all is well.
Wonderful drone footage. Looks stunning. We are looking forward to your next adventure. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Awesome! Thanks Dave and Dawn, lots to come yet from our Welsh Adventures! Thanks for watching and commenting, much appreciated, take care and see you in the next one shortly.
Was there on Tuesday - beautiful! Stripped off to me undies and got underneath :)
Haha that’s cool, you were braver than me!
You had to have your wits about you on that one, Russ. Pretty scary downhills with all that loose gravel and wet track. The trees, the sheep, distant views... really beautiful. Loved that still shot of Roseberry Topping. Glad you stopped and showed us that inland bunker with views to the coast (great strategic spot). We are off with our camper soon, now it's cooler.
Thanks Joan, was a great route and all new adventures around here for me, great scenic area and views like you say, and the bunker was pretty awesome too, definitely a good vantage point! Was stunning at Roseberry Topping at that point, really good place for a quick stop. Fantastic, I hope you guys enjoy your adventures and enjoy nature from your side of the globe! I’m sure you will 👌🏻
Thank you for sharing. Stunning views on your trip. Lovely and peaceful. Captain Cook's Monument looked impressive. Enjoyed relaxing and watching your great video. Hope your weekend is going well. Best wishes Dave and Dawn♥
Thanks Dave and Dawn, appreciate you watching and enjoying the video! A really good ride out this one, much more to see around these parts so I’ll have to get myself back there. Hope you had a good weekend and you’re enjoying the sunshine! 👍🏻
I didn't think it was possible to get The Yorkshire 3 peaks route wrong🤣 You missed two of the best parts of the walk. The ascent up Pen y Ghent via the "sharp end" from the other side and the walk back to Horton from Ingleborough. On a more serious note, I'm not sure the lad with the split boots really shouldh've have attepted it with his footware in that state. But fair play to him for getting as far as he did without injury.
Yes lessons learnt that day! I have since been up sharp edge, and off Ingleborough to Horton on a good weather day! Much more enjoyable, and less walking! James did well, unfortunately his boots packed in on Pen-Y-Ghent but he still walked for another 6 hours so fair play like you say.
sights of York amazing
Yes a lovely city! Thanks for the comment, and for watching.
Lovely, Russ, enjoyed it very much. All that beautiful fresh water and everywhere so green. What was the name of the bridge/river where you first stopped? It sounded like 'Bishop's Harp', not sure. It was beautiful looking down that river. Loved seeing the city too, people out walking, holding hands, some jogging. Thanks so much and hope you keep fit forever :)
Yes it’s a great area and a superb night to be out on the bike too. That’s Bishopthorpe, and the river is the River Ouse which runs right through York from the bridge, only a 3-4 miles away from the city centre at that point. York is a popular place to visit, and a good place to run/ride so yes hopefully I’ll stay fit forever 😂🤞🏻! Take care and speak soon.
Thank you for sharing this. Amazing views of the countryside and York. Love the drone shots. What beautiful weather for a bike ride. Hope you are having a great Sunday. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Thanks Dave, Dawn for commenting and watching the video! Superb night to get out and see this area, and the city of York! Hope all is well with you and see you in the next video 👍🏻
A hop, skip and a jump while filming and fell running... fantastic! Really enjoyed the beautiful views. You sure did earn your breakfast; looked good too! Stay safe, Russ. I'm watching very early in the morning here in Western Australia and will watch again with family this evening. Thanks so much. Just love the British YT channels.
Awesome Joan and well spotted 😂 it wasn’t planned, just the way the terrain had to be taken. It was sure a fun run back down, and a very enjoyable breakfast too! That’s cool thanks and I hope you are enjoy the video together, really cool to know you enjoy the UK content and follow along! Thanks all, take care until next time 😊👍🏻
What a great place for a run. Fantastic views. Hope you enjoyed your bacon and egg sandwich.Thank you for sharing this with us. Best wishes Dave and Dawn ❤️
Yes it really was some great fell running to check out. I sure did ha! Definitely more satisfying after a run and whist camping! Thanks for watching and commenting it’s much appreciated 👏🏻 take care both 👍🏻
Wow!! Fantastic video. Thanks for sharing. sub & 👍43
Awesome thank you, I’m glad you’ve enjoyed the video and subscribed 🙏 more to come soon and thanks for the comment too! 👍🏻
Well done. You do know that you came off Ingleborough the wrong way though would have saved you miles if youd taken the right turn. The stone marker coming off the summit marks left where you came up then you go right at it to come back down direct to Horton. Its a tough walk regardless and with your detours you did loads extra so massive achievement
I know haha! We didn’t realise at the time because it was so cloudy, it added an extra 3 miles onto the walk (around 28miles in total) I have since been there in better weather and did see the right trail, which I will definitely be taking next time 😂 Thanks for watching and enjoy your hiking.
Planning to visit here at weekend. How long was the walk from car park to waterfall please? Looks stunning.
Where you park at the top next to the hotel, it's roughly a mile down to the waterfall, perhaps 20 mins. It's harder making it out but worth the effort. Hope you enjoy it 👍
Hello my friend I'm watching your amazing video, Such an amazing scenery at Kidsty Pike. I feel so happy watching your footage! I look forward to your beautiful next work 👍👍
Hello! Really nice comment thank you so much man 🙏 Kidsty Pike is a highlight in this area as was this entire hike to explore 👌🏻 I really appreciate your message, and kind words! See you soon, all the best 👍🏻

Beautifully filmed, Russ. The stills really capturing just how awesome the Lake District is. Great to see you with your friend. Loved seeing the birds and sheep too.
Thanks Joan, always fortunate on a day like that to get the sun peaking through the clouds to get some great landscape photography. I'd definitely go back to this area, lots to explore! Glad you enjoyed it and thanks so much for watching! :)
