The law is RVs over 8500 lbs cannot be purchased or registered in Ca. or the other states. A person in Tx. can buy one and camp in those states. Also Or. has decided to delay the rules for 1 year.

I was staying at Bay palms RV park in Alabama and they just had a new manager in the park. She proceded to unplug my rv while i was out at work ruining all of my food. She was saying my plug was faulty. I knew this was false a statment. Ive had it plugged in the last 2 years with no problems. She was just upset with me for reasons unknown even to this day. So be Aware of power tripping Managers at parks.

well if they are starting with the sales quite sure that'll roll over to emissions testing via the lea running up and down the roads more than likely. Just like how under that law if trucks dont meet the standard they aren't allowed in the state period without being fined. so those thinking about visiting those 6 states may want to make sure that they wont be having to worry about harassed by lea while on vacation being they are from another state.

They need to do this in Utah....... not for cleaner air, but because there are thousands of these things rotting away in storage lots after people have bought them and only used them for a year or two.......
