BLOOMING QUESADILLA RING🤩🧀 This cheesy, delicious, comfort meal is perfect for taco Tuesday!
INGREDIENTS:
-20 soft flour burrito-size tortilla shells (I used low carb)
-3 cups of cooked, shredded chicken
-1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
-1/2 cup of diced sweet yellow onion
-1/2 cup of diced red onion
-1/2 cup of salsa
-1 cup of taco sauce
-3 cups of shredded colby and monterey jack cheese
-1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
-2 tbsp of fresh cilantro (optional garnish)
DIRECTIONS:
-Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Put a large wide-mouth jar in the center of the baking sheet.
-Cut tortillas in half
-In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, yellow pepper, yello...
