I am about to start my Law study, trying to eachive a barista qualifications

unfortunately its a very corrupt system and often barristers are simply playing a game with each other and with their clients......justice is seldom served and the thousands of documents which this guy quotes are often ignored and evidence created by the cps by barristers themselves and others... my advice is to try and never be at their mercy due to the fact they have little or no mercy. i was not surprised to see all the corruption coming out about immigration and barristers cheating the system.. i laugh at him quoting the jury...the sad fact is that the jury are fed the story and they seldom look at the actual evidence so hence the drama unfolds. The judge it seems is often led by the strongest barrister and often afraid of them and the damage they might do to their career. The closing statements which the barristers present are often compiled of lies and this i find so corrupt ...how can closing arguments have anything in them other than the truth...crazy.

Thank you for posting this. The gentlemen speaks about fraud cases so clearly. This cases he mentions are the same all over the world and I am showing his clip in the courses of English, which I teach for corruption investigators. The 'wood from the tress' idiom is perfect too. Really excellent.

Funny how he talks about the defendant as a client - in the past the client was the solicitor and the defendant a defendant - an important distinction to preserve the impartiality of the advocate - how times have changed

It's amazing how justice can be bought. Gets people off before even reaching trial. It must be nice to be able to afford such a great advocate. If I was rich I could afford justice. As I'm not rich I'm stuck with duty solicitor and a barrister who doesn't even read his brief. Great work
