Hi i really like your vids, i am currently stuck on consort radahn using a similar high cast-time holy build, using the rings of light incantations, i was wondering if the attack openings you have with the oracle bubble here were similar to the timings i would need for the ring of light incantations

i see now; you're meant to retreat and jump back more. i'm too aggressive; my bloodborne hunter playstyle is simply too aggressive for radahn, i'm a big fan of getting in there and being as aggressive as i can. i use the moonlight greatsword on radahn as i've had the most success with it, getting radahn's health-bar down to the L's in Miquella's name in the boss name display.

The first phase is OK enough. The normal Radahn with the speed of Malenia. But the second phase its total bullshit. Flashbangs everywhere. And almost every move is like you have to study waterfowl dance. And requires perfect i-frames just to survive. With very little opportunity to attack.

I just need to see how to dodge cross slash in the 2nd phaseee ughhhh not in here

Ive gotten to the point where I can no hit phase 1 but when it gets to phase 2 I cant see whats happening and I die, most frustrated Ive been with ant souls boss

Very impressive. Seeing the degree of rote memorization required to master this fight makes me feel better about quitting. My level 150 sorcerer and Consort Radahn will rot behind that fog door for all eternity. Many of those attacks come out too fast to react to and with no clear visual queues on how to avoid them. You simply have to get hit and die enough times until you figure it out. I reached the point that I could clear phase one flawlessly and get Radahn down to 20% health, only to get stunlocked and comboed to death by overlapping melee and AOE attacks. After 100 failed attempts, I realized I was hating every minute of it. First time I've ever quit a Soulsborne game, but it feels like a fight worth quitting.

Such a terrible boss fight. When he flashbangs us, it's actually meant to flashbang our devices so that they lag as much as possible. Just fix the lag and this fight becomes 50% more playable

This is the only boss that I didnt feel satisfaction when defeating. I literallly stared at my screen and said "finallly, that BS is done." This is a case study in bad boss design. Before FromSoftware lover boys call out "skill issue," no its not just skill that is the problem. There is video proof of every flaw of this boss, from too large hit boxes causing artificial difficulty, recovery speed being too quick, flashbangs pulling down frame rates, and increased holy spams at low health. Boss is overtuned into the next dimension. 99% of players do not have super humam reflexes that can no hita boss like this...i know its been done. My point is i shouldnt have to "train" to be like the top 1% of players just to be a GD boss. At least Malenia is optional, although she is a fair fight. Water fowl at least gives you a tell.

i do appreciate this guide but it doesn't really help much in that you're using light roll, medium roll makes it a lot harder to do the dodges you did
