I was very fortunate to see Link Wray play at Winterland in 74 what a great show.

Link is finally in the r&r hall of fame. About dam time! Link stated that Rumble was based off of The Stroll by The Diamonds.

Thank you for this. I have 2 dvds of "It Might Get Loud" with Jimmy Page, and I have the cd of Link Wray. Jimmy lights up when he's listening to Mr.Wray.

I see some haters in the comments ragging on Jimmy Page's intonation during this performance. Well, you've all been played. I just listened to the original, and Link Wray's intonation is off. In fact, if you listen carefully -- if you're even able to do so -- you'll hear that Jimmy's intonation is exactly like Link's. The guitar god of all '70s guitar gods is that good: in this live performance, he perfectly replicated Link's recording.

Does he have another daughter named, Charlotte? Who's the mother of Charlotte? Is it Scarlet Sabet? Children grow up too fast! Is she the mother! He has two boys and two girls! The first child is from Charlotte named, Scarlett Page! One son is from Patricia and the other two are from his second wife a son and a daughter! Mr. Page adopted one girl from the second wife! 🤔 It's good to know!

SO COOL! Been a Link Wray fan for decades and FINALLY he gets due recognition!

He should be playing a compilation of all the riffs he doubled in the 60´s. (The Who, Bravos....)

It’s amazing that the way Link played, it was just sooo muuuch heavvvier! I used to wonder how he did it, but Jimmy explained it beautifully: that it was a feeling, something inside Wray, a fearlessness that got into the six strings. True Native American energy.

The "hall" doesn't deserve Link, this is a man who deserved a spot in the first "hall" class, definitely in by the second "hall" class!! I wished Page would have acknowledged that fact! The fact Link is inducted after the tons of garbage that exist in the "hall" is a slap in Link's face!!
