For Shunsui unique skill where you hold the button I could see 2 very good potential uses. 1st would be his Whirlwind projectile and on the first hit (since it hits multiple times) activate shunpo to appear behind opponent and use the full charge spin since your opponent will still be inside the projectile Example: Whirlwind projectile > shunpo > hold unique skill for full spin. The 2nd use of his unique skill would be great for the camp game, If Shunsui gets into the camp first you can probably use the spin to threaten close distance and keep them away.

I think you got the Demon Game a little bit wrong. What I think is that you or your opponent randomly become a demon. Once you land a hit the demon status transfers to the other guy ( when the guy you attack is already a demon his status stays as demon ) and when the game ends, the one who is demon at that time will get all the accumulated damage.

I dont remember that the story was excactly like this in the manga and anime. Also the street is way to big/wide where Ichigo becomes a soulreaper and fights the hollow. In manga/anime it is a small street infront of his house....

I be honest i am looking forward to story mode and being enjoy good memories. I am not fan but nice have bleach game last one played was on my dS good memories. So yeah i am just play game and have fun. I am glad on PS4. Which is good.

i think his moves being simple is more of a buff since we dont know what kind of jank we have to do during the games. the games themselfs might just be random but the buffs/debuffs you get for each game might be the same(like x game gives x buff/debuff, y game gives y buff/debuff) also i dont think the games will overlap at all you might even have to wait for the buff/debuff to fall off before the next game starts. there should be times where its better to throw a game then to drop what your doing(like going into a launch for the final kikon move). lastly i think the buffs/debuffs only apply to shunsui not the opponent, i can see the opponent playing only to stop shunsui from getting buffs.

It feels so much better to rewatch this video with eng sub. Now I can understand what happens in the first episode, the way they retell the story of Bleach. Also, thanks to Ichigo voice actor, I also learn that there will be other different mechanics to be uncovered in this game mode as well as the content of the secret story mode. Thank you Lee for putting your time and efforts into bringing us this video.

At the end of the battle it displayed that Ichigo had reached “Level 2”. Does this mean that in online and in story mode you can upgrade a character by using them like Multiverse? So like a lvl 20 Szayelaporro??

I don't mind the story having free roam or not. It does need something to spice it up though. Hopefully that level up system thing does it. But it needs something to mix up the gameplay so its not just free battle after free battle with cutscenes in between. I think the animations are forgivable given the number of scenes there will be. Only problem is that most people won't think that way. It obviously doesn't look nearly as good as CC2 stuff for example or even sparking zero. And because of that people will slander it and not buy it ignoring anything else it has going for it. It's a risky strategy. At this point anime fans expect a specific level of visuals, even if its only 5 cutscenes like storm 1. And idk if the marketing did a good enough job promoting this to other people.

I doubt that he will stop being able to make progress on his 3 (!) unique meters once he awakens. This is a character that wants to awaken fast, as he only gets 2/3 of his special advantages after he does so. The website even specifically says that he wants to awaken early. It becomes especially important since he starts with low health and low amount of Konpaku, so not to get run over, he needs be able to get that first revive online fast. I just can't see them making so much special sauce for him and then just not letting you use it for the majority of the match. And I think it would make him extremely hard to play. With regards to his range after Awakening, it looks like both his normals get quite a lot longer since he starts using his "wings", but I imagine the summoning of other hollows just becomes the end of his combo strings. That is what gives him the 3 in range, compared to that abysmal range we see in his first state.

This was just the first 15 minutes that went through the beginning of the story. Who knows what rest of the game will look like? That lvl up screen also made me think about the singleplayer.

Seeing with how accurate and unique they've been making these characters, this game is definitely in great hands. I'm just hoping that it'll be balanced ON release. From what I've seen so far, reawakenings aren't instantly better then characters without them (judging off ulquiorra) so I'm hopeful. Can't wait to play Szayel, even if I suck at him.

he must take less soul damage with research lvl1 it'd make no sense to just rise defense of a character that starts with none, also playing into his revives. 3 soul is irrelevant at that stage of the battle normally but if his damage reduction gets higher with research lvl maybe by the endgame he will be taking 2 damage at the time

the devs been making me way too hyped for this game, the amount of thought and effort put into these characters are insane and what you should love in anime fighters, really happy for 4 of my 6 best bleach characters (hitsugaya, yoruichi, aizen and mayuri), down bad for high skill high reward characters and really looking forward to the other 2 (unohana and shunsui) waiting to see how crazy the devs can be and really REALLY hope this is a generational anime game like the likes of storm the tenkaichi series
