lol imagine being called Runny Cocks!
Excellent run through, guys! Loving the extended time. 🍺🍺
14:27 Stop, he's already dead.
Buffy did drop him on purpose. You can see her holding onto his foot, then just opens her grip. It's also pretty obvious that prior to that, she tripped him and then pushed him toward the opening. The only explanation for why she grabbed his foot at all was that she thought it was very important to deliver a quip to him before he died. 😅
I'm surprised in neither episodes with the police chief do you mention he is the high talker from Seinfeld.
I'm curious about trois range too...in several episodes I've noticed the following... She can detect life from orbit on a planet below or a ship nearby and if the lifeforms are injured. She can also detect life in other dimensions and timelines(time's arrow) She seems to be able track people in another location (night terrors) Can anyone explain?
All you zombies is a great story, and so is the movie Predestination. Vampire's kiss. A THEN B THEN C THEN D!
:)
Been a Godzilla fan for 40+, the odd thing about these G films is, I got no desire to rewatch the fights. It feels like there is nothing new to catch a 2nd time.
love the part about events and things. very detailed
just FYI, one of the reasons FF7r took so long is that it was initially developed by CyberConnect2, but they brought the development in-house to Square Enix after 1-2 years, basically starting over from scratch. so yeah, these games take a long time, but FF7r was a bit a of a different situation.
Capricorn One,Boys from Brazil,Hitchcocks the birds.
I *love* 'The Boys From Brazil' (1978), it's a pulp fiction classic 70s thriller, quite OTT. Superb score by Jerry Goldsmith. A few years ago, I obtained the original 1970s pressing vinyl soundtrack and the front cover has been hand-signed by Gregory Peck, Laurence Olivier and James Mason. I got from a USA dealer who obtained it from the estate of a famous autograph collector; Clark Gesner. From Wiki; Clark Gesner (March 27, 1938 - July 23, 2002) was an American composer, songwriter, author, and actor. He is best known for composing the musical You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, based on the Charles M. Schulz comic strip Peanuts.
Wow, tell us how you really feel. (i hate people who say this line)
Saying that paying for each installment of FF7 remake is to pay for something incomplete each time... couldn't you make the same criticism of any Lord of the Rings film? Any Marvel movie? Star Wars?
I find it way more irritating to call the creature in Alien films "the alien" than to call it "the xenomorph". I hate when people say "the alien in Alien". It sounds so dumb. I don't care if xenomorph doesn't make sense. Lots of naming systems don't make much sense. It sounds better.
To avoid confusion, I like to call it the thing. 👍
Predestination holds up under scrutiny, Tenet does not. As someone who adored Memento as a young man I found Tenet to be a lazier version of that. Great video guys! Miss your Star Trek stuff 😢
I'd be willing to bet they just made up thr name "Power Girl" as a generic sounding superhero name. I doubt they were even aware that DC had a character by that name, and no permission was requested.
I don't know what kind of hospitals you guys have been in, but for the ones I've been in, random people can walk in at will. No one's checking you at the door, or anywhere else as long as you stick to the common areas. It's presumed you have a reason to be there, whether that's visiting a patient or eating in the cafeteria. Same goes for patients. You can leave your room and walk the halls, even go outside. Employees don't stop you, unless you look like you need help.
Whenever I see that racist bitch Whoopi Goldberg i want to puke
I never really considered it before, but isn’t it weird that they’d be tinkering with a new warp core outside of a star base? Like it’s an integral part of the ship and it’s extremely dangerous if it goes south.
I completely forgot who had played Willy the Snitch: Mocha Joe, from Curb Your Enthusiasm.
The first star trek holodeck ep
Once again, the French guy acts very British by quoting Shakespeare...
This is yet another instance of the suppossedly french Jean Luc Picard acting Brittish: Heart of Oak is the anthem of the Brittish Navy, and no self respecting frenchman would celebrate the Navy of their ancestral enemy.
This is generally considered the best episode of the whole series, so it would be weird if they gave it less than an A.
It is 100% plausible that 2 people can view the literal same events and come to a 100% opposite interpretation. Watching human interactions on the internet makes that very clear.
I don't think it's that odd for Buffy's mom to hit Spike with the flat part of the ax. I don't think many people really have the stomach to bury an ax into someone's skull. She didn't know vampires are real and he is one.
You both really missed the point on this one, I think. The humans were seeking to appeal to a quality the Sheliak do not possess: Compassion for Humans. They won when they switched tact and manipulated their Love of Law.
Why do you guys keep doing this if you hate it so much? Did you enjoy mansplaining the whole series?
I'm surprised you didn't mention how similar in appearance the coma kid is to the chosen one. I remember taking a while to register it was a different character.
Missed opportunity to let Q come along and invite Yellow Riker to join the Q-continuum, which he actually accepts.
0:54 As a musician myself, I must say: No, that‘s fairly accurate.
You never mentioned the return of "long haired Keanu Reeves", who you said would never return. He was one of the guys whose hot dog was stolen.
"how do they know he was eaten?" Really? If you see what's left of the turkey after xmas dinner, does it look the same as when it was served? 😅
Picard did not transfer Tasha to the Enterprises C, Tasha went to Picard and requested the transfer of herself. Picard just granted her request. So I think Tasha is responsible for everything not Picard.
11:40 No, they just established that all planet’s species have are programmed to have a humanoid species evolve.
Lol I will never get over the fact that he did the avengers and Buffy
love this channel
Episode blooper: Since the anomaly grows as you go BACKWARDS in time, it should never have been visible in the future portions.
A trick of the trade: if you put the timestamps in the description box as well, it will make chapters on the timeline. That way you don't get oddities, like the youtube auto chapters having names like "Ultram Man" and "NOS Feratu"
Brilliant writing. The near arrogance of Picard challenged so effectively. Should have been the final episode for season 2.
This video was funny. Thxs🎉
Are you guys doing season 6 soon?
When Giles explains away the school's non-reaction to the events as "people tend to rationalize what they can't, and forget what they can't", on first viewing in the 90s, I bought that explanation. Hearing it again now, I was like, wait...that's the exact opposite of how people react. They freak out at the slightest, unexpected thing and buy into the first conspiracy theory about it.
Wait, in this episode he says that Humanity was exonerated by the Q however in the finale he tells Picard that the trial never ended. So much for continuity.
:D
Unsubscribing again until you review DS9 and Angel. ❤
