I never ask how much they paid before for numerous reasons . Psychology. ..you want to totally focus on your service in that precious time ..so asking questions about pay for another company dilutes that....what a waste ! It focuses on fee instead of service quality . It makes your company look like you are in competition which lessens your offering/ authority. They are likely to be much lower fees anyway compared to mine so why would I draw attention to that? In my meetings I am totally focused on my service and how it can help them and our USP. I always close even with higher prices ..there was one client I didnt close ...but now Im putting my prices up again because ive got a tight sales process and im still closing. I need to get down to a 50% close rate not a 99% close rate....then my pricing is right and i will likely be one of the highest priced in the market. I reckon a big part of the reason I close at high fees is because I never focus on their other cleaners prices...but its also because I learned so much about sales from multi million dollar company I worked for previously and a course I took and all those books.....it pays off massively. Learning sales is key to closing higher fee services.

This is the wrong way to clean the radiator. On these radiator you can removed the upper mesh, after which the interior is accessible for efficient cleaning. There are several explanations on the net about how to remove the mesh.

Will liquid not rust inside the radiator though? I have the same radiators. I have a sixth sense clothes moths are nesting behind and in between there. I also have wooden laminate flooring just like you. I have white vinegar which I believe repels them and Rentokil sprays for spraying skirting boards etc. I was thinking of using a hoover attachment if I can find a thinner one that attaches to my Henry hoover. I’m reluctant to use a thin brush, incase any moth larvae drop out below. It’s triggering my OCD as well. Also, you can remove the metal plate on top of your radiator by removing the left and right metal plates that hold the top plate in place and then squirt the degreaser. That might help the degreaser to get to the dirt and dust easier? … What degreaser are you using as well? Thank you.

I'm noticing that a lot of cleaning companies are offering discounts everywhere and I was thinking "how is anyone making money with these discounts!" I come from a sales background where we do not discount our prices. This video gave me confidence that I do not have to discount in order to get a customer.
