Now lets see you do a list for the best three albums in a year 😊 My nomination would be Fairport Convention in 1969 with "What We Did On Our Holidays", "Unhalfbricking", and "Liege and Lief".

you've got most of the good ones there. Here's one which might scrape into the "rock" category. It's certainly a great double album. - "Lubbock on Everything" by Terry Allen.

Although starless and bible black is not a really good album, the magnificency of red is enough to give them the first position. A trick of the tail and wind and wuthering second. Yes album and fragile third.

Can't argue with any on this list. My suggestion is "The Hangman's Beautiful Daughter" and "Wee Tam and the Big Huge". -1968. The latter was a double album.

This wrong... Magical Mystery Tour was a double EP, not a LP, all stuff that was edit in the States not have so much Credit like UK versions

Don’t understand why some people are hating on this and those comments get so many likes I feel this is the most satisfying list I have seen on here personally! I mean starless? Echoes? Exit music for a film? Maggot brain? Fallin angel? Those are masterpieces and there are many more where that came from on this list. For whatever reason people are acting like this is so inoffensive or rym core or dad rock “radio hits” which is not necessarily true all the way through but there is some of course anyways….. also Echoes, starless, maggot brain and 39 aren’t huge radio hits people come on bots or chat gpt would never put those songs there! Tf?!🤣🤡🙄🤷‍♂️ Allot of these are not overplayed radio hits but none the less non pretentious and just good music people come on🙄I think what really pisses me off is not that people have different opinions but when I see videos like this posting songs that I find kind of boring or pretentious or just lacks intensity or amazing musicianship it gets all the praise in the world but this for some reason gets hatred on like why? I don’t understand. I think your list is just too good that’s why😉
