Bit of additional information: The size is only an issue when space is limited. I've got a 38 inch ultrawide monitor hooked up to the stock mount right now and it works well enough. I had a 34 inch before which worked perfectly. The VESA 100mm standard is M4x10mm screws. Larger size standards require larger screws.

You arrive at the WM store, wait for someone to open the delivery check-in door - sometimes having to walk around the building the front entrance and find someone to unload you - that could waste a half-hour, wait for someone to unload you and hope they're not lazy, figure out what's wrong with the pallets that the DC screwed up, and of course the whole time you're praying the refer unit works properly and doesn't malfunction. The only "easy" thing about this is you're running at night and don't have to deal with as much traffic

I got royally screwed. I did this exact thing at the Auburn, IN DC mostly delivering to the Detroit Walmarts. I was paid $165 daily flat rate without any stop pay. I didn't sign on for dedicated and was screwed out of money I could have been making OTR, not to mention having to work non-stop my entire 14 hour clock supervising the unloading as well as of course driving. I quickly figured out they were holding me prisoner, so I requested home time and then quit. Probably they wanted to get rid of me? I was so stupid I continued to do my job well. I'd like to say I shouldn't have cared if the deliveries were successful, but that's not my nature.

I quit USXpress because when I was hired - after the orientation a young lady gave me a key to check a truck. I didn't like the truck, so I told her I want another truck. She told me that's the truck assigned to me-- and-- if I don't like it I have to quit. I went back to the truck - I left the key inside the truck and went home. On my way home dispatcher called me, she had a load ready for me. I told her that I had to quit-- I explained what happened and I followed the young lady advice. To quit the job. A year later I went back to USxpress to lease a truck-- I quit after a month because that truck was killing my back. I Walked away from leasing. I was making good money leasing. In 2014 leasing with USxpress for about 5 or six weeks I took home about a thousand or 1200 per week. Went home every weekend OTR. And Because i was leasing I went home anytime I wanted. I didn't even had to tell them that I was going home. I remember I was sent north --- then from there I forced them to send me back south. Then From Laredo I went bobtail to the house. there is a bunch off better companies to make more money. Usxpress is OK.

I've bought two blue parrot 350, and they just cheaped out on me in less then 1 year, now i just use the free headphone that with my cellphone. Blue parrot doesn't equal rugged or long lasting dependable performance. Good review

I went through 2 sets of the 350's they both broke at the same place they lasted about a year each I had the 250 they worked well for about 2 years before they wouldn't charge anymore Now I just ordered a set of the 450 through my company and they were 120 dollars You just answered all my questions Thanks for the video Keep on trucking
