Outside trip a inside trip he'd curl his leg on the inside of your thigh knee area and do the same motion and it is really effective in the clinch there are a lot of trips or sweeps that are alot easier to preform and require alot less energy than a actual takedown like a single leg or double leg takedown

While I was vacationing in Kauai, I had the chance to train with Felipe Bragiao (www.bragiao.com/) and before I left he taught me a way to choke someone with my beard. It made for a fun video, hope you enjoy!

checks out. This was definitely at the beginning of my adventure and I was not super coordinated going into it. Not saying my takedowns have gotten better but my health has!

This was my first match in a submission only tournament. My opponent wanted to stall me and I wore out my grips completely in this match. That affected my ability to finish my submissions in later matches that day. So my focus became how to better deal with an opponent who wanted to stall me in standup.
