Its called having foresight. Qhile yes, you dont need to hoard and paper towel(S!), but with storms like these buying for one day is just dumb. I've seen way smaller floods shut down entire areas for days. Be prepared.
Absolutely. Personally, I was referring to the hoarding behavior. Yes, absolutely be prepared. One package of 12 rolls or so should be sufficient. (Speaking as someone with a family of 6.)Not all the packages in the store. Which some were doing. Panic buying. Get what you need but also be considerate of others who need it as well.

you haven’t lived in the low income area, where the resources are hard to come by. I went to four places to get toilet paper during Covid and I eventually found some, but it was only one ply and we were only allowed to have two packets with four rolls each. Believe it or not some cities don’t produce that many resources for the public. I live in a very popular household name city but the ZIP Code is very low income and I’m on zero government assistance.
Yes, Covid was a lot worse with supplies. They had limits on almost everything.

The ports just reopened so warehouse stores are not replenished yet and other stores are just getting back stocked up. No one should hoard but the empty shelves is not from hoarding.

Look, it’s fine to have your own views. There was nothing hateful about my video. It was just an observation made as someone currently going through the hurricane. And, I found it funny. Humor is one of my coping mechanisms. I didn’t expect this video to pop off or that anyone would care. 😅But, apparently a lot of people are triggered. If you don’t like how I talk. With paper towels, you generally only need 1. A roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper OR* maybe it's because paper can be plural without an s.
