FINAL TOUCHES ON OUR AUDI TT BUILD 🚗✨
It's been a really long time since we posted last video. Never really had a chance to do it properly due to lack of time.
Prior this video our Audi TT had some things done. The body work was done by a body shop in our town. The bonnet, front bumper and wing was painted and it really looks amazing. Also, we painted the break callipers into light blue colour which really looks good as well. We tried to film it, but it was a massive fail (Filming wise) so we didn't even put on the video of doing it.
So here's the final touches of our AUDI TT build and really hope you will enjoy watching this video. If you did would really appreciate if you press a thumbs up button as well as subscribe to our ...

Hello! Thank you for your comment. Well it depends really the way you drive and if you have aftermarket belt on already I would change it more often than what it says on the manual. Rather be safe than sorry.

@@FixLineGB I see. But it looks like its possible to check the condition of the belt without removing the bumper, right? atleast some part of the belt

@@LuuuugnYou could remove the cover of the timing belt which is held with 3 clips 2 on the top and one on the bottom (you can remove it with your fingers) and have a look but it’s hard to see anything on the top of the belt usually you can spot the cracks on the inside when you bend the belt or if it’s stretched once it’s removed because of age. If it gives you worries I would just replace it just to have a peace of mind rather than worrying every time you go somewhere 😅

Hi i have a P0016 (cam and crank sensor correlation error) but my car runs and idles perfect, would you recommend checking the timing anyways, or replace the sensors first?

Thanks you for the video ! I have the same model A4 B8 8K5 143 , could you describe the OEN parts for timing belt and accessory belt ? I must do the same on mine ! Finally what do you think about this intervention ? Is it difficult ? 👌👍

@@user-wn8np3jx5q Thank you for watching! If you are from UK we usually buy the parts from EuroCarParts by filling up the car registration number and it would show you exactly which one would fit your car as some belts are little bit different depending on the engine, but it should be 160 number of teeth on the belt. As long as you have right tools it’s not really difficult to replace it it’s just gonna take some time. You can buy VAG timing tool set from ebay as well.

@@frejdroid Hello. I would recommend to double check the cam and crank sensor plug. If you have a diagnostics tool or you know someone who has it and check live data on the sensor if it’s working fine. Otherwise it could be timing belt placed wrong way but since your car runs fine it could be faulty sensor
