Love me a little by nina nesbit was written 5 years before ILLENIUM told her team he wants to work on it she said it was gonna be a pop song and then a duet but nothing never really stuck until ILLENIUM sent her the completed track and she was like can we release it immediately same with his remix of Taylor Swifts anti hero her team reached out to him he got the stems he made it in two days sent it back to them they were like they love it they dropping it tomorrow everything he touches he masters

There's SO many elements in the production of this song that makes it so amazing those really unique snares the way those vocal chops are moving around in the background that signature ILLENIUM riser before the drop and then that half time with that amazing lead coming in while those vocal chops are just bouncing around underneath everything. ILLENIUM really nailed that recipe of taking something extremely emotional and bringing it to this euphoric end representing pain and growth and healing in all of his songs

I respect that, he probably didn’t feel like it deserves to be released. There are a lot of artists that keeps on producing similar songs and I always love that his albums are eclectic.
