I'm having a really hard time feeling connected to reality. I tend to disassociate in some way, and it's been getting... really annoying. So I'm writing about it a lot, obviously haha.
This is a certain feeling I get, where my head feels like it's unable to concentrate on things around me, like... everything is too much and too little at the same time. My body is usually really shaky the entire time and I can't think clearly or even interact with people because they'd say something and I'll stare at the wall blankly, hearing their words and knowing I should answer, yet feeling like I just can't force my mouth to open up and let out words.

Oh theyre super sad, but in a real way and the whole song is more uplifting for me personally, than what the lyrics say on paper. I very much relate to them and its a tasty jam!
