The calendar and arithmetic by Professor C K Raju
An open-air conversation with school children, and some parents, with questions and answers. The topic is the Roman-Christian calendar, taught as the default calendar. That calendar shows the widespread ignorance of precise fractions in Europe even until the 1582 Gregorian reform which hence used leap years instead of precise fractions to fix the duration of the year.

At Udhbhavaha, we are delighted to launch our new initiative UDUPU - an effort to be part of a sustainable ecosystem of weaving community. We began with a Charaka Spinning Workshop in November 2023. I have a different take on anjenya swami ' s learning by following surya . Pawan Putra' s understanding of nature occurs if he follows the sun since it's the sun that powers nature . Even the wind movement is his creation ,plants and every being is his creation .
