@kellychuba Greetings! My apologies on late response. Sounds like you are experiencing one of the Cons of joining MSC unfortunately. Shipping is , in my opinion, going thru the ugly stages of change.. towards the industry. Older sailors leaving younger sailors coming. Also , seems like MSC is getting "pickie" on there selection of sailors they want to bring in.. Also , the new & younger sailors just not meeting the stands for MSC.. alot of variables..
