Then I guess the best option is to contact the support. Could be several reasons.
Try changing the offset of the bridge.
The dentist who did these preps needs to go back to dental school. Better yet it’s best to quit dentistry if this is your scan/impression
I feel the design doesn't follow patients original shape as on buccal side tooth tapers in too much compared to patient own teeth. also although you checked occlusion and buccal side to see if it looks good you didn't check the lingual side to see if that also looks good... aside that looks like a great crown.
why u decided to place sintering support at every single crown. 100% guides from zirconia manuf. recomended to place them faced to center of sitering object and leave 1 crown space between them. can you explain. im cad cam operator since 2010 and i never had any problems with bouncing. I like your method for convenience, because sometimes it is difficult for me to arrange the connectors using my method because of the even number of units
