    Chicken marinaded in buttermilk - YUM! I have to give the chicken skin a go, my go to is normally crispy streaky bacon. Here's a thought, instead of salt on the chicken skin, use MSG, double the umami 😂 Thanks Bruno, great video🤩

      Also no idea, cold winter days, a chicken soup, in Asia they often cook a whole chicken with some pork bones, leftover chicken soup goes into some version of a risotto. Show how easy it is to make ur own mayo with a stick blender, then add ur own flavors, pickles, dill, capers, anchovies, the variations are endless.

    Grande bruno, achas que seria possível trazeres uma pizza napolitana contemporânea? , eu infelizmente ainda nao consegui o resultado que queria, ou massa sabe muito a fermento ou quando nao sabe a fermento ela nao fica napolitana mas sim mais “nova yorkina” vou usar o teu conselho de usar fermento atuar em agua quente durante 5 minutos pois penso que seja ai que talvez esteja a falhar,

      Não sou especialista em pizza, mas talvez a massa fique mais ao estilo de Nova Iorque, pois a temperatura do forno não atinge o necessário para cozinhar a massa bem rápido. Há uma grande diferença na temperatura de cozedura entre esses dois tipos de pizza, o que faz com que as massas fiquem muito diferentes na textura. Tenta usar uma pedra ou uma placa de ferro para pizza e colocá-la perto da parte superior do forno, com o grill ligado. Isso pode ajudar a atingir temperaturas mais altas. O sabor de fermento pode ser causado pelo excesso de fermento ou por um tempo de fermentação muito rápido (quando o ambiente está demasiado quente). Dissolver o fermento na água ajuda na ativação. Mas morna ou pouco quente. Nunca a ferver ou mata o fermento. Espero que ajude, amigo. Grande abraço!

    I visited Portugal in 1978, and was impressed with the good food. Though most of the time, I ate seafood and fish, and only meat a few times.

    Love the recipe, for us in Australia this would be perfect for our 'Christmas in July' period, as Christmas in December is very hot. Question on preparation, could you do all the initial preparation and cooking the day before, then pull it out of the fridge to bake the next day? Down here, we try to do a lot of the cooking for Christmas on BBQs outside so the oven doesn't heat the house up or cause the cook/chef heat illness! So a lot of meats and roast potatoes on hooded bbqs or kettle bbqs and then a big range of cold sides, salads, etc. A glazed ham and salad will provide lunches for a week 🥰. Thank you for the video!

      Yes. You can prepare the day before and bake it on the day of. It might even be an idea to bake it in a BBQ, getting some of that smoky flavor in it. Now that I'm thinking about it sounds a good idea. It saves work and time and lets you spend more time with your family-if you do intend to spend more time with your family. Hahaha. I'm kidding. I can't even imagine sunshine during Christmas. One day, hopefully, I'll spend Christmas in Australia just to enjoy the heat.

    WOW! Loved it, especially the Brioche dough. I also like the way you can fill it with whatever is on hand. The day after a roast, I like making Bubble and Squeak from the leftover vegetables and meat, you can always roast up a little extra if you don't have enough :) Great recipe and video, thank you 🤩.

    So yum, I was thinking you could take a few slices of the pork belly and chorizo and crisp them up in a pan and then add as a topping on the soup. I can tell you one thing, no one is going to leave hungry after a bowl of that hearty soup 🤩 Love all soups in winter, one fave is Scotch broth, a lamb, veg and pearl barley soup. Tip is to have slow cooked lamb shanks the day before and cook two too many, the next day pull the meat from the bones, shred and add to the soup.

    BRUNO! How good is this dish? I'm travelling to Adelaide, South Australia to visit my Dad for Christmas, he does not like fish, but he loves crustaceans, this is going on the menu for those 10 days! I'd call the dish second hand vegan, prawns eat plankton (veg) for the flesh and stock, cows eat grass (veg) for the butter and cream, anchovies eat plankton (veg) for the Worcestershire and fish sauce. I'm thinking accompaniments, rice/risoni, linguine or simply on a wrap. When in a rush, a pan fried toastie with cheese, ham and mustard is great (even better with capers when you still have a third of a jar left) 🤣 Great video, thank you 🤩
