    While there is rioting and looting during disasters in some places in the US I can attest that where I'm from people follow those 3 rules! Growing up my neighbors were always happy to help eachother out especially after disaster. Now that im living in a city people generally act much colder and less empathetic. I wish some people would be quieter and more respectful in public a lot lol

    Very interesting! Who originally showed prince shotoku Buddhism?

    • @japansajapansa1908
      @japansajapansa1908 7 месяцев назад

      Buddhism arrived in Japan from Korean Peninsula just before Prince Shotoku born. So, Buddhism was already popular at least among ruling families. A powerful ruling family was against Buddhism and another powerful ruling family was pro Buddhism. "another" is Prince Shotoku's relatives. "another" finally won the fight against "one". Anyway, Prince Shotoku got to know Buddhism directly by his family or relatives or indirectly while he was growing up.

      @@japansajapansa1908 thank you so much for replying! That is so interesting. I was just wondering about where he learned about Buddhism because when I watched a "history of Japan" years ago it said that some hipster brought Buddhism to Japan and I was wondering if shotoku had grown up with it or adopted it later.

    It should go without saying that Nobunaga was a genius for implementing three rotating batches of one thousand men. After the first batch fires the first volley, the second batch take their place while the third batch stands by behind the second batch as the first batch reloads within a 30-second window.

    One correction. The left side of "坂" means "土" (Sand), not "士" (Samurai). However, "土" (Sand) could be read as "士"(Samurai) as the both characters are very similar. So, the left side of "坂" could be read as Samurai.
