Your butter is way too soft, the best way to test it is by pressing your finger into it. If it can make an impression, without oozing, it’s ready. It makes a difference in the finished product. I think what could be good. Is to when chocolate is still warm, so you'd need be quick. Is drizzle some melted peanut butter in a swish-swish on the top too, so it slightly mixes into the chocolate. Saved to my playlist for when the Flu goes away. These are going to be the reward for surviving 😅

I know this is an older video - but can you tell me if this dough is freezable - maybe before I bake? or can I freeze cookies after baked?

Don't add sugar to your dough. It's unhealthy and not necessary. If your dough doesn't rise sufficiently choose a longer program and add a little bit of additional yeast . Et voila !

The History Channel showed a episode of how candy bars were made. I saw an episode a couple of months ago. Frank zMartoccio invented the Pay Day candy bars in 1932, I slowdown a little on eating candy bars. but the top selling candy bar to date is made by Mars candy company, snickers candy bars .and they are my second favorite , my Dad's favorite was Monds with Almonds and coconut.but I was watching a other episode of cola wars on the History Channel, and coca cola is frist. follow by Pepsi. Mountain Dew. 7 up , and sprite, and the orange juice wars, I saw it today, Tropicana is number one. Follow by Minute Maide, but my sisters and I grew up drinking High C, ans Tang. remember when you had to open a can of orange juice with a beer opener. 😊
