the difficult part is to obtain F1 then got sponsored with H1B then to EB(Employment Based) Green Card… almost all Philippine universities are accredited here, also in Canada and Aussie except for Engineering and Medical Degrees…

Hello, thanks for your useful advices! I’m an Iranian lawyer but I don’t prefer to take bar exam here, I want to come to USA and continue my practice over there, so as you said my Bachelor degree and not having bar licence is enough for applying LLM and then taking the nar exam, isn’t it?
