I bet that’s not nearly as easy as you make it look. Pretty impressive!👍
love the vids! do you ever incorporate any med ball variations in the fall?
Yes tons of throws, drop tosses for height, chest pass broad jumps and things alike
Great content, something about sport performance coaching also pumps me up compared to typical gym fitness vids, keep it up!
New to this channel ... but loving this content! Trying to integrate more S&C classic training to improve as a competitive crossfitter
Love the content! What are you using to time your sprints on your phone? Keep it up!!

Would you reccomend doing curved sprints during every acceleration day?
@@phoenixnest8044 I tend to do some kind of change of direction or non-linear speed drill every acceleration day

Looks like you are pulling apart your cheeks
why not use the low handels? for real ROM and work up to low handels and stand on the plate
Isn’t this dangerous? I feel like if your arms got tired and you couldn’t push the last rep anymore the weight would be pulled towards your chest.

Nah this guy doesn't deserve to get humbled
It’s a demo video for online clients. I have hundreds of demo videos on my channel. I’m not understanding
If that was an original Gerard Trap Bar it would be true deficit deadlifts but because the handles are so much higher than where you would grab a regular loaded Olympic Barbell you are still pulling shorter range of motion reps.
Ok. But it isn’t an original trap bar. So that’s the best I can do other than add more plates
@@pedullaperformance That style is still available. All I'm saying is that you could get more benefit out of the original style Trap Bar. But you have a point. If you're training at a commercial gym you have to use whatever equipment they have. Food for thought if you or a friend have weights at home though.
@@justsotired4022 still wouldn’t matter if I stacked plates high enough. Original trap bar wouldn’t even fit enough plates for me to even load it heavy enough anyway. That’s the more important problem here. So, high handle is my only option period.
I guess I'm too old. I'm not used to thick plates. I started lifting with thin York 45's in the mid 1970's.
Mad smart

That is impressive! I'm a newbie and am wondering why you are standing on a plate? Thanks!
The plate increases the range of motion my legs need to work through. More range of motion = more overall work = stronger strength stimulus
