Ads... I dislike them so damn much... Wherever you go, there they are. I do not watch TV because most of the programs are crap and because it takes you 1 h to watch a 20-minute show because of the ads. YT has incredibly long ones before and during the video. IG has 2 or 3 after every 3 pictures you see from people you follow. I have ad-blockers that help with YT's ads. Only use IG on Safari to make the experience so annoying that I barely go online. Now instead of posters they have screens everywhere that are so incredibly big and bright that they hurt my eyes. Even the paid Spotify subscription has ads in the podcasts I listen to. The only way to escape them is in nature, reading books, journalling, being with friends.

I love a lot of these, and I do some of them as well (making things myself and setting a bed time alarm). I need to be better about it but this remotivated me. I want to add the daily to dos.

Im starting to get burnt out myself in the IT SECTOR...but im leaning toward learning options trading and crypto co tracts trading. I knew it wasnt something i could do initially myself, so its best to get a mentor or a brokerage advisor to help you learn. Theres more to life thwn a 9 to 5 or 7 to 7 job. Get the experience people thrn get outnsoon as yiu can with some other hustle that can support your family. Always make sure you can afford health insurance. A client of mine told me about covered calls trading and it all made sense on time for money...
