Drop rates are absolutely increased in D2R, I started playing like 20 years ago never found SHIT, once I was in D2R you get them all the time, ESPECIALLY on Hardcore and Ladder.

I’ve been doing an offline grail for a couple of years and the rng nightmare shako hunt has become something of a meme at this point. I have 3 characters over 90 and have done thousands of runs and still haven’t found 1 shako yet. For perspective… I have steelrend and astreons already. I’ve found ever rune besides zod. I’ve dropped around 30 rare and probably hundreds of magical shakos. It just will not roll unique for me. Haha. I found 3 in ladder season one, but the offline rng hates me. Haha

I farmed tower norm over 7k times. Low runes geared many of my chars. You can also sell chipped gems in bulk. Best char for this is paladin with dmg aura, vigor and 1 point in charge. Additionaly you need FRW gear. You just run to countess and collect chipped gems. On non ladder 15 emeralds sold for Ist for example. You can get 0-5 chipped gems per run on average.

a year late but i'm trying to farm for a physical one right now, and can't find a single charm. so i was looking it up and found this video. a charm that lets you enjoy the game nah it doesn't have a high enough drop rate, been farming for like a week and can't find one, just one, and yes i'm just doing champion/elite/named monsters only skipping the rest

So one thing I was hoping this video would address is timing. What if both users aren’t online at the same time? Both in d2jsp and the game. For example, I pm’d someone requesting a trade based on a for sale post, but he was last online 10 hours ago. Do I send FG now, and wait for him to reply? Do I do it in game? I’m a casual too so I don’t log in on the site or the game every hour. How do we coordinate a meetup up for the trade is more or less what I’m getting at.

ive done 9 Uber runes and so far ive gotten 6/9 completed. mephisto killed me so much it was impossible to get my body back. but so far ive got 2 zons, 2 barbs and 2 druids. =(

Im glad youre seeing the fun of SP, collecting gear as drops instead of currency :) Funny thing about the shako, I've never found one and Ive been playing SP since D2R release. I have 93 sorc, 70 sorc, 92 pally, 89 amazon, 70 assassin, 83 barb, 83 necro, have found Dweb, Dfathom, Metalgrid, Windforce, Darkforce Spawn, a ton of the grailer items but genuinely ZERO Shako. Its absurd and im genuinely interested to see how long I can go without one

Easiest (but most boring) place to find a Monarch would be the Mausoleum in the Burial Grounds by Blood Raven. It's a level 85 area with a ton of clickables and no fire immune monsters.

You know that you can get free infinit respecs in sigle player right? So u don't need to collect essences.
