The local pub to the Ashurst community in Skelmersdale which has been closed number of years. A construction company got permission to take down a building to redevelop the site but took down the wrong building which was a grade 2 listed building and was over 300 years old. it has been left to rot since and has even had a major fire which suspected as arson. By safe standing
60K+ can only be achieved if the government change the law on safe standing (3 fans per 2 seats). Highly unlikely.
The law has changed just check it out, in 2022 the government confirmed safe standing could be introduced in premier league and the championship from the 2022-23 season. Everton have built safe standing in the new stadium.
@@terryevason3210 They didn’t change the law - they introduced rail seating which they call ‘safe standing’ but it’s only one fan for one rail seat. The only way to increase capacity at the new stadium from 53,000 to 62,000 is the government changing the law on safe standing to allow 3 fans per 2 rail seats. Highly unlikely the government will change the law

@@terryevason3210 Yes they are, but it’s one fan per one rail seat, so EFC cannot increase the capacity from 53K to 62K that way. It requires a change in the law to allow more fans standing in the south stand lower tier and north stand and north east corner. This government have so much to deal with, changing this law won’t be on their list

Everton need to start picking up points (not blowing 2 goal leads), and rapid time. Michael Keane will cost Dyche his job. Switch to a back 3 with Branthwaite LCB, O'Brien RCB and Tarkowski CB. McNeill LWB and Harrison RWB. Garner and Iroegbunam or Mangala DCM and Doucoure AMC with DCL and N'Diaye up top. If he doesn't do that and plays Keane in a 2 man CB he will get sacked and if its too late Everton will go down.

Can I put forward a question, looking at many ariel views. It would appear that the roof does not fully cover the seating area. It may be an illusion, but can someone say for sure if that is the case? Worried that those in the front rows may get drops of rain down their neck.
The Perspex does more than cover the seats. I looked when I was at goodison yesterday how much the roof covers the seats there and it’s way less than the new stadium
I'm a Liverpool supporter of 52 years and I'll be honest I'm jealous of this stadium... The look, design, the location, the fit and finish looks amazing.... At Anfield it's taken over a year to put a window sill in and it's still not done!!!

They had to concrete part of it because they didn’t want water getting under the stadium as it’s built on sand. Als the original dock wall closest to the Mersey I imagine they don’t want to damage
