Nissan rear trailing arm replacement
Wow ! You really hit the jackpot here ! This looks like a really nice car...for any price. Cosmetically, it's very nice; I wonder if there's a potential rust issue that someone tried to camouflage with those chrome rocker moldings... Sounds like you're got plenty of spares with it as well. I got a 1967 roadster for free years ago in a similar fashion. I used to work for BMC and I was just waiting for a deal like that to come along. I've had for car for almost 40 years and have never looked back. I think I wouldn't have an MG without the overdrive though especially here in California. I'd get that fixed. Safety fast !
@@steveschramko2386 thank you, I have wondered about what the chrome covers could be hiding as well many people have told me to leave them alone but they will have to come off soon to see what it’s like under there and the overdrive is my wintertime project hopefully I can get it sorted for the start of next year.
Luv ya all…

Just tap the wheel and you were in the other lane…❤
Sun chaser, I’ll be damned, brings back memories… Thanks… mg miget….am o wrong…❤
I've got a '77 that's been lowered and fitted with an LE front spoiler. Looks and handles much better.
Only thing I would add is to leave the nut on a few threads while pulling the old wheel. Might save hitting yourself in the face with the old wheel if it's proper tight. 👍
End float
This is a 5 minutes crafts way to get extra travel 😂
Быстро продай!
Hi Is that with the stock exhaust
@@j.g_tech2638 yeah it is a full stock exhaust
few more miles in that lad
😂😂😂😂
That there is a Morris Oxford in its posh frock
😆
A 1977 model year dashboard and most of the interior from that era, steering wheel is from Aug 72 to June 73 and the seats are 1973 model year vintage, the same as my MGB GT Jubilee. Seats would have originally been grey stripes. Looks a very nice car, and good to see it on the road being driven.
Thank you I am looking for some more interior bits so thanks for letting me know what age bits to look for and I do try to get out in the car as much as possible.
@@Thatorangemgb Feel free to ask me anything. Had a BGT for 26 years now.
Audios from ford vs ferrari for those wondering, ken miles was schooling henry ford on the gt40
This audio is of ken miles telling a customer how to drive his car to prevent carbon buildup
He was indeed, telling him how to drive his own car 😄😆
Not bad for free....👍 Bet the overdrive problems are electrical, try cleaning the solenoid connector first.
Thank you, I’m looking in to it at the moment so I will add that to my list of things to check and test
What was the "repair" exactly???
I’ll tell ya what’s wrong with it: It been ragged to HELL and back! Geesh! Hope ya wised up and got a boot for the newer one.
I’m not going to lie that poor gun was absolutely abused and it did me very well still maintained power up to the day it gave up I did get a cover for it towards the end and now that cover stays on my new gun.
MILWUAKEE, WAS VERY GOOD TOOL BUT RIGHT NOW IS A CRAP. AND EXPENSIVE I GOING TO SWITCH TO MAKITA, AND THOSE GUYS REDUCE THE TOOL GUARANTEE, BECAUSE, THEY MADE IT CHEAPER,
I do have to agree with you I recently got a new 1/2 m18 impact and after 6 months it stopped working I had it repaired under warranty I’m hearing that from at lot of other people who use them as well it’s a shame really
Drop the caps ya idgit! What a spoof
Funny how people complain how much it costs to fix things. Who builds these things, and who bought the stupid things. It’s not the mechanics who get all that money, it goes to the shop.
I think you are special
And you probably charged him 1200 dollars
The customer was charged the massive sum of £600 to do both axle bushes and two patches of welding not a bad price considering he was quoted £900 by another company
Mmm... *CRUNCHY*
Did you hear that door close? The opposite of quality, more biscuit tin 😉
Finest British quality I will have you know 😂
Belts dead and tbh not wide enough for that pulley drive change asap
Yep and the customer still refused the repair
Wrong application for this environment Looks like it come from the sprays supply line from someone’s sink
customer done a bodge so they could drive it to the workshop
*Promo SM*
Thats what they all say😢 what they mean it the noises have only just became Unbearable or it only just broke down
I'm a MOT tester to it's amazing what you see people turn up with and they haven't even noticed
Change your oil at 5k people.
Nothing a lil vinegar can’t fix
FORD is garbage period....😂😂😂
Mine was rebuilt twice before 115,000 miles
Done so many recalls on those lol
Oil pump belt went because of wrong oil.
AKA the ECO boom
sticky slide
Thanks for the advice the car has been sat for a while I ordered a carb rebuild kit for it before the winter just haven’t had the time to do it yet
Will never buy another Ford because of these shite engines , 45000 miles into my 1.0 Ford focus ecoboom life after recommended servicing with all correct oils timing belt snapped. Piece of shite .AA MAN SAYS HE GOES TO LOADS WITH THE SAME PROBLEM HE GIVES THE 55,000 to 72,000 miles then bang .
Shouldnt be mad you bought a 1 liter motor with a turbo that's asking for trouble the 2.7 V6 Ecoboost is most reliable
Turned into a 1.4 Duratorq TDCI 🤣
