We are a family of four who are going through a wonderful journey including marriage, parenthood, advocacy, careers and friendships one day at a time. We try not to sweat the small stuff, laugh as much as we can and hug each other like its our last hug. We hope to share positivity and joy with others through our channel.
Isaacs first movie!
Isaac created the story of Iron Man and Princess Nora. I really enjoyed sitting with him and listening to him tell me what was going to happen next. Nora loved dressing up as a Princess and Dad was such a good sport playing The Bad Guy. Isaac was eager to let us know this was just pretend and we he wouldn’t really hurt Dad. The kids were fascinated when they watched their try come to life. Maybe more Isaac stories to come during this cold weather. Enjoy!

So after a very successful and supportive IEP meeting Nora has began her journey in school! The team agrees that Nora will benefit from an inclusive environment! After realizing Nora picked up her alphabet we figured it was time to learn their sounds. We have a "Letter of the Day" which we incorporate into her play and she almost has them all down. She really is thriving and we are sharing this to show the world just how capable this little girl truly is. We are not experts on Down Syndrome, learning, or reading but we sure do know Nora more than anyone...

Good question. I don’t know what the answer is now in our area, but it was brought up to us as an option and a lot of other families even later from other areas in the country. Ty for asking ❤️

I have an aunt who has Down syndrome and because of her she makes me a good person
We just had a baby girl with Down Syndrome and a congenital heart defect (Complete AV canal defect). Despite the challenges, we are soooo happy and blessed to have this new baby girl in our family. Her 5 siblings are super protective of her and we cannot wait to see what she has in store for us as she continues to grow, thrive, and use her God given gifts to touch the lives of others, because we know she has a big purpose and she is a gift from God to us!!!! 🥰🥰🥰❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing your wonderful story!

Nora is a beautiful girl and my husband and I would not hesitate to raise a child with down syndrome. If that is God's plan, that is what we'll take. Sending love to your family and all the families out there with a little one w/ downs. 💖

i am 27 weeks pregnant and my doctor found a calcium spot on her heart. They said that she is 2x more likely to have down syndrome. Did your cutie have the same thing?
Congratulations on your pregnancy! Nora’s markers for Down syndrome were a short femur bone and short nasal bone. She had ASD at birth that spontaneously closed.

I have aurtism today an new bed was hard for me. Melt down didn't mean to have. My mum works with adults like this an she loves them when family gave them up or passed away. Down syndrome people are so lovely as well,so clever my best mates down syndrome an I couldn't see he had it untill we spoke about our health. Good luck with it all you can do it with child or children. Your true,kind an caring. Beautiful family ❤️ Nora is a beautiful little girl. All children are a gift from God. My son Brandon wasn't born with downs syndrome but he had mental delays, he is 23 now and lives on his own and very self sufficient. Loved this story!
