A broken rib is actually very painful for at least a month. Most of the time nothing can be done except for letting it heal naturally. It absolutely will hurt whenever you do anything. Poor Orlando, they hated him because he spoke the truth.

I love Viggo standing up for Orlando at the end, because a cracked rib fucking hurts, especially when you have to do horse back riding and other stunt work.
