i've been 3d modeling for a while and ever since i got into transformers i've wanted to try my hand at modeling them. i have a couple of times, but just the bot mode. i'm not great at hard surface modeling so even just that has been a bit of a puzzle, but i've been scratching my head for months about how people manage to make rigs that can actually transform.... somehow it literally never occurred to me to just ! model the vehicle mode first ! so thanks for introducing me to that remarkably simple breakthrough. who knows how long i would have puzzled over that otherwise LOL. you saved me a lot of headaches

Its very nice, I honestly mean no slight just something to improve upon as you go, for your walk cycle animation you should have the character bob up and down as they press off with each stride. This helps sell the illusion of weight and adds character to the cycle. No notes on the transformation or rendering for the effects. Keep up the good work!
