Sorry to see Dean's been unwell, hopefully he's got a handle on what was causing it. I went to seen Ween on the Mollusk tour in London way back, and was at the front and this angry dude was next to me, God knows why he was there as the band was beyond awesome and this guy was acting out, Dean managed to lean down and ask me what was going on in the middle of the show, and i told him to just ignore the guy, he was being a dick, seemed to be the right thing to say, Dean got back to playing and the guy fucked off. Good times.
