The "court administrator" working for the banks has converted all court cases into a banking financial security instrument which puts the courts itself in a position of being a "creditor" and both the Plaintiff and defendant are cast into the role of being the debtor. They cannot a without bias when the quantity and quality of their salaries, benefit plan, and retirement packages are sitting in the docket everyday awaiting their "investment." Rather than ruling on the merits, arguments or even the facts, they are making financial investment in every case on future contracts. They are running an illegal gambling operations out of the court house and spilling onto every State supporter. The judges and court administrators are also committing tax fraud by shifting the "debt" created by every case onto the individual(s) who are a tually the creditor(s) in every case, and converting the case into an inveßted belonging to whatever State Federal Reserve instead, which in turn shifts the money from the Creditor side of the "transaction" right into the pockets of the Debtors. They are deceptively Laundering a fraudulent debt into a corporate assets belonging to the bank, and converting those assets into a Revenue Sharing funneled back to The Department of Transportation (Federal Reserve) or Department of Transportation (IMF) franchises. The "Constitution of the United States" (yet another separate constitution) under which the UNITED STATES, INC. was organized there was no mention of "trusteeship" (it's obviously a question of why perhaps) but says that doesn't mean the fiduciary obligations simply vanished because Successor Trust Management Organization has tried to ignore those systemic problems. It means that Judges who don't admit to being trustees are admittingly operating in a foreign international jurisdiction of the IMF organization. This was already implied by the block style of the header on the case, but settling the Trustee matter forced the JUDGE to give up any pretension of in personam jurisdiction and to reveal the actual venue of the proceedings which the otherwise attempted to obscure. Throughout that case the JUDGE took an active and litigant stance and practiced law, liberally, from the bench flagrantly acting in support of the banks attorney. The process of elimination it stands the SUPERIOR DISTRICT COURT FOR THE STATE OF WHATEVER, INC. is operating as agency "federal" debt collection procedure process against privately owned and operated internationally inter vivos trust under the presumption they were instead ESTATE franchises of the UNITED STATES, INC.., operated in arrears, they say, by Federal employees. This was all a set up and maintained in the face of open and un-rebutted objections without jurisdiction in the absence of any validated claims or authority, whatsoever, to address is, the living principals beneficiaries of the ESTATES and the Priority Creditors. As the JUDGE in the hearings deliberately obscured the venue and the jurisdiction of the court claiming that his authority came from the de jure Constitution of whatever State a document that doesn't exist. 3AN-12-6858CI claimed to be operating the court under the administrative auspices of the United States of America (minor) loco franchises, the State of whatever than used a Subterfuge to change that declared jurisdiction to international maritime jurisdiction without disclosure.
