Shan- Oh my God ... can I kill Windows Movie Maker? I had to use my laptop to edit this and from now on, I officially hate Windows and everything having to do with it. No wonder we have Macs. I'm so, so sorry this is late and not nicely edited. I worked so hard on the first version which Movie Maker decided to "corrupt" and literally cried lol. Anyway! Expect another video from us soon, and kno...

Beautifull girl in glasses!!
very good tips. I wasn't diagnosed yet in college, and these tips could have really been beneficial, had I known. I had been sporadically showing signs of P.O.T.S throughout my life with passouts, and definitely standing, and with excersise, but never put it together until age 29. Now I've been diagnosed with P.O.T.S for 16 years.
Nice to see you wearing your glasses. I remember seeing a video when you got your glasses but at the time you said that you were told you only needed them for driving at night because your prescription was so low. But apparently you must need them more now since your wearing them in your house.
I advise you to investigate as much as possible, from experience no my own, they can be really bad for you. The need for this med may not be needed for you condition.
Hey ladies, I just wanted to say that your channel inspired me to educate others about POTS. I myself was diagnosed about 4 years ago, although they think I have had it for longer since my symptoms began when I was young. After getting treatment, I was able to finally go back to school and live life again. I was watching your channel before my diagnosis. I just wanted to say as a senior in college, last week I presented a research project where we conducted tests on the autonomic nervous system including POTS and orthostatic hypotension. I also wrote a literature review about possible treatment options for POTS. And most likely will do my senior research presentation to the biology department on something related to POTS. Even though some of you ladies are unable to do these things at this time in your journey, I wanted to say you all are the reason I've decided to speak up about this condition. Your videos provided a foundation for me to understand this condition better. And your transparency and honesty makes such a difference. I Hope to continue in the science and medical field and hopefully get an opportunity to discover more knowledge and create awareness for others.
Happy new year
lol u 2 kill me!
Merry Christmas i hope you have a very blessed day...Much love to you both..You are in my prayers and thoughts...theresa
Hang in Kyli and Dustin <3
I'm so glad you are all back!! <3 <3
I was diagnosed with POTS when I was 14 and struggled for all of 2011 and early 2012. Late 2012 I experienced a moderate form of remission. Dec 2013 I have recently been taken out of school again and am starting a long journey to recovery. When I was first diagnosed I was so inspired by all of your videos. I was so excited when I came across this recent video and cannot wait to see more. The support and the ability to have been through that is what makes these videos so great.
Shannon! you girls are an inspiration! Keep making videos and changing lives. Don't Stop Believing
Amazing video honey! 5AP has helped so many people and so proud of you girls for bringing it back. You are giving the gift of understanding to so many people who just got a Dx that are scared, looking for answers and stumble upon your videos. Keep it up

Ive missed all of you sooo much too, and being able to talk and share our lives on here. I know both of us have really been struggling, but we'll get through this rough patch and hopefully we can talk about it on here when we do! <3 Not going to keep writing because I'll say more in my video, lol. Going to post one tomorrow!

Lol hahahaha!!!! I literally was just thinking about your facial mask right when you mentioned it hahaha. Soooo dude, how the hell does someone get rid of this Dysautonomia?!?! Do you happen to know a site that gives off some good info. I've been tring to figure out how to get well and have been pretty alone on it. It's been rough.
you go girl you are doing this all so well i feel alot like i fell into a deep hole and cant get out have to go on so i struggle.
i am new to pots and have not found anything to help me yet. but as for thr the facial masks i detest them. i find them to restricting. i do love meditatating though
try ice-packs on your upper shoulders and lower tummy followed by heat if you want. it apparently calms the autonomic system. i feel relaxed after :)
OMG, I miss you all so mucch!

hey hun im new on here and have started posting videos on my POTS ive just been diagnosed earlier this year but have been suffering for 6years with it. :) great vid! ... how do I get in touch with everyone who has POTS? and for them to be able to veiw my uploads? xxxx
@radlikemad Glad I could make ya' smile dear :-) My connection is actually quite fast now, so hopefully we won't have nearly the lag that we used to either! Call or FB me your basic schedule, I miss talking to you! LOL Shan, that split pea soup is SOO easy!! It might not be quite the same without the ham in it, but seriously all you do is dump everything into the crock pot and leave it for the day, all there is to do is clean afterwards! *POOF* you have enough food to last a few days! Do It!
@Scootchinman Ahhhh zebediah! this made me smile so much! i'm so excited. we can have skype convos just like old times! and the cheese issue is killing me. absolutely KILLING me. lol. i have been completely off meat for over a month though. so that's improvement! also, i keep meaning to try to make that yummy split pea soup that you made for us in florida! it was so good! and easy to make! i look at the recipe sometimes but it always seems to be when i'm too sick to cook. haha.
LOL Pole dancing class!!? I want to try it again! And I'll even remember to take all of the change out of my pockets first! LOL I'm so glad that you have been able to continute trucking it towards your goals like this Shan! You're going to make such an amazing nutritionist when all is said and done! Mmmmmm...cheeeese!!! Isn't it the best!? Soo hard to give up! You need to be eating more though, not less! Haha BTW, I HAVE THE INTERNET AGAIN!!! So I should be able to skype w/ y'all again!!
@ladysidi thanks! hope you're well too :) xxo
