Thanks Mate. Yeah my Mrs is pretty choice. With out her pushing me to better myself and filling me with confidence I'd still be working in some generic workshop on minimum wage, but now I'm in a shop with 2 awesome guys who know my worth, we're heavily involved in Motorsports and race car fabrication which allowed me to purchase my SS with her full backing. Car was sweet, life was good, I proposed, she went gun ho with the wedding plans, I roll raced the car and it shat itself once more haha. She's on my back to atleast get it sorted and running sweet for now so I can start running it in Super Street as she knows drag racing makes me happy and that's all she wants. After the wedding and some initial runs to get a base time I've got the go ahead to push it as close as I can to the cut off limit before needing a cage and keeping it as a "street car" as she likes cruising out in the SS to cars and coffee meets. I'm still struggling to convince her to upgrade our current Kona to a Kona N and get her out on track also, but baby steps lol. Luckily there was only a few incidents over the 3 days including a couple of roll overs. But all drivers walked away which is always good 👍 and thanks for watching

That's all I'm in it for... If I have a good run and I lose, they had the faster car on the day, if I miss a shift, late off the line and lose, they were the better driver on the day. No excuses. For me it's just fun being back behind the wheel racing again instead of just wrenching on other people's race cars and watching them have all the fun.

Know the feeling, I bounced limiter in a couple of my runs. Only had the car a few weeks and it was my first time Roll Racing. Suprised I won the races I did 🤣

@@funkychicken7207 in our race i smashed limiter in 1st for a bit, whoops.. car wasn't too happy after driving 3.5 hours in 29 degrres to get there either She was close! I've got our run on video

I'm just glad I didn't give it a 100 shot, hit limiter while on the gas I could've blown the welds on my plastic intake 🤣

Yeah it was, 14th Feb 2021. Opening round of the SA Drift Series held on the Go Kart Track out at The Bend Motorsport Park, Tailem Bend, South Australia.
