I just put the stock heat shield on mine with the yoshi exhaust last weekend. : P I have three pair of pants with holes in the right leg from touching the exhaust.

This is all with the stage 2 mods correct? How would you compare the 300l in this state to your 450rl for this more slow/tight technical/exploratory type stuff? Getting ready to do some power increase things to my 300 but still consider a used 450 at times. My guess is the 300 is easier to manage overall even though heavier due to power characteristics.

Hi, I have a question, the manifold flange doesn't fit into the two captive holes in the cylinder head, how is this possible? And to be enlarged? the code is for the 300... Thanks

Has there been no exhaust leaks at any of the joints ? I usually have to use exhaust paste for mine but haven’t had a yoshi system yet

Riley I just got a KLX300 the only one left in green from Edmonton this spring. Man oh man I could have used those hand warmers you got on your rig lol I drove it back from Edmonton to Calgary at plus’s 1 Celsius. Just getting into the dual sport world. Just came back from a trip from Idaho USA really enjoying it. Found your RUclips channel by chance and have to say nothing like the beauty of our own province of Alberta. So happy I watched this. I am 1000% making my own exhaust now. This sounds sooo 🌈 it’s a 300. Why did they make it sound like a retarded Harley’s and fourwheeler offspring. There needs to be a stainless and less restrictive exhaust with a more stock sound. No one wants this driving through their woods or their town.

I ran into problems mounting the exhaust header on mine. The holes seemed just a hair too far apart for me to get the bracket on both bolts. Did you run into any issues like this?

Hey man I just picked up a 2023 300L , I’m not crazy concerned with adding performance I just want a louder bike , can I just install this exhaust and not tune it? Will it hurt the bike overall? Also I wanna add protection for trail riding any recommendations for skid plate,frame guards,engine guards/crash bars?

I don't know why everyone thinks you need a 100hp. CRF300l gets everywhere you want anyways. Can't wait to get mine.

Shouldn't have revved it up until it gets up to operating temperature at a minimum.Let the seals and everything seal up and you forgot the spark.Arrester now you can't go out in the woods get a carbon fiber heat shield to top it off!

Did you leave the dbkillers inside the exhaust or did those go out as well ? I did put them out but I feel like it shoots too much 😀
