If you reference lsf, they are much closer and pop forward when they sing, while the person who just sang replaces their position in the line. Overall: Work on textures, setting moves, and cleanliness. Referencing the dance practice, Enhypen focuses a lot on the different textures (especially tensing their movements and then releasing). Using the different textures will really help the performance to look a lot bigger and dramatic compared to it being one toned. Focus on setting moves between members as many of the times they are very different, this dance itself is very detailed so make sure to set the different angles and movements (like the one isolation part in the chorus). Use the next couple practices focusing and familiarizing yourselves with the moves as there is a bit to clean. You guys have good energy, so adding everything above and below will really help enhance your result! Good luck :)) 0:04 up is off timing, make sure to make a koooooonngg kind of initiation. Same for hands in a few seconds later 0:07 hands up timing, be more right and controlled to get them synced and powerful 0:09 niki jake jay and heeseung all go down on a specific timing, not just down straight out of the movement. Position can be tighter 0:12 the spread out takes two beats, theres like a prep before they slide and then the actual slide out 0:13 clean arms. When you place them down it should be much sharper 0:14-0:16 fix shoulder angles and positon. First set: Kachi’s chest is more stuck out, sherly’s whole torso is leaned, alex isn’t leaning much. Second set: sherly’s shoulder is more forward, kachi’s booty is out. Izzy follow what jay does, ik it’s your center part but you should do the level changes too. 0:17 clean this section, alyssa and li don’t come up in the same way. Sherly preps with her arm, overall sharpness/timing of everyone coming up is off 0:19 line can be more spread out and even 0:19-0:22 timing is off on turning. It’s step then turn, dont turn immediately out of the line. There’s a head turn all together that you’re missing, its super fast and sharp but make sure you hit it 0:23 lines should be farther out, make sure to hit the lines before you go down for the next move. Sherly should bend lower to match everyone's level. 3:14-3:15 The textures going into the “bounce” should be very sharp and then the “bounce” should be a relaxing(?) move. The bounce timing is slightly off between members. Body orientation is different. Elbows should be tucked so that it's not visible. Sammy can spread her legs more. 3:16 The “hits” should be bigger and sharper. 3:19 Getting up is different from how Enhypen does it. They lean their head and body backwards/sideways and bring their arms up to their chest and then bring it down. 3:22 Position is off.
this was such a slay <33 butttt there are a lot of details both big and small that can be looked over again. in general, it would help a lot if positions were looked over again and make sure to clarify pathways because once positions are unclear, then the formations look off and then the following positions would be off and it becomes a chain reaction. overall, it would also help to set and clean the small details to make the dance look cohesive because everyone’s textures, power, energy, and body control is different. embrace the inner girl boss stank and really know when to exaggerate or emphasize certain moves that will bring the energy higher!! critiques start here: 0:00 beginning formation can be tighter and not as deep - sammy and izzy can back up closer to the trio in the middle - lauren, mavi, and kat can be closer together (shoulders should be right next to each other) and can also be in the same line 0:08 izzy make sure your head is down until sammy starts singing then your head looks forward 0:12 timing was off - sammy should get into center faster so that there is a moment where everyone but izzy is in center and then everyone disperses - once the formation becomes closer, it will make it easier for sammy to get into center - pathways wise, sammy can just walk to her right after the starting position 0:14 izzy make sure to execute the solo part with more body control and tension in the moves; delicious yall slayed here are some tiny critiques: 3:22 timing for three stomps did not match overall 3:29 timing and pathways for putting arm down should be clarified 3:36 izzy and colleen can move in to match katie and dom 3:45 throwing arms around can be cleaner still super yummy though great job there were some parts where it lacked energy and overall, everyone’s textures were different. there were definitely some parts that were cleaned super well :DD but in general i think that a couple more practices would help everyone get on the same page for expressing the vibe of the song, making sure everyone is giving stage presence as if you were filming, clarifying how much energy should be put in or taken away, etc. small mistakes with timing and levels , but overall good and fixable in the short term. some details are lost like hand angles (which seems pretty important in this dance) and some members look unsure of what they are doing You guys definitely improved from the last video sent in however: -many of the fixes written on the critique list were not fixed. -0:46-0:51 Izzy rather messed up did not complete the move. -energy is still visibly lacking. -The main focus of this choreo is the popping moves however those moves were not really shown (especially during the chorus). The way people “popped” were different, some would use their chest (example: Colleen) while some would use their whole body (example: Mavi). -Positions were still off where one side would be close or further out than the other. -Many of the fixes and critiques are more detail/texture oriented so if you guys can get that down, that would be so swag! Yass slayed, only thing to watch out for is make sure the lift at the beginning is super clean + watch timing when everyone sits down on the ground towards the beginning
Overall- The moves can be a lot more exaggerated and bigger. Most of this dance focuses on the hits and popping so making those bigger would be berry good. 0:21- Colleen make sure to do more of a hit than a wave down the body during the three hits in the music. Niki isolates his body more than doing a wave down. 0:24-0:25- the hand sequence that Katie and Mavi does is different from each other. 0:28- Sammy is slightly late to the crawl. 0:29- during the crawl make sure everyone touches the floor during the first slide and for the second slide everyone brushes their hand across their mouth area. 0:30- Izzy turns too early and hits the beats late when getting up. 0:31- overall the body hits can be a lot more dramatic and bigger. 0:34- The left side can match the right side in terms of position. 0:37- There should be a hit to getting up. overall, positions can be looked over in more detail and a review of moves in certain sections can help with cohesion. also, make sure to pay attention to textures throughout the dance. textures should be similar among everyone even with this being a co-ed song and each member having their own musicality. you can add much more energy and tension, otherwise the moves look loose and lazy just because of the very chill style of dance. don’t be afraid to give more than kard!!!!!!!!!! critiques start here 0:06 position is off, izzy move out more. Izzy and sammys inside feet should be center Spread legs wider, izzy definitely and i can’t tell with sammy but in dance practice they are super open. Your feet should be facing so outward that your heels almost touch 0:13 Tony late hands up, if anything the guy actually starts slightly before jonny’s guy but it looks like they aim to hit the arms together. Set amongst yourselves but tony def late Izzy lean your hips toward center Izzy and sammy can both have more tension coming up, it feels to fluid and fast. In the dance practice they don’t get all the way up before they move, so really drag it out and focus on keeping the shape of your bodies 0:16 keep moving until you hit this pose, izzy esp you landed in your spot before the pose and it lost some of its impact. Jonny and tony can also move out, no one should be overlapping on the beat of the pose, the movement should be sharp and clear Head look is off. They’re off in the dance practice too but set it for yourselves. Timing should be sharp 0:17 Tony and jonny do less of a choreographed walk, just be casual stinky man. The two flicks out afterwards should be a nice contrast and soooo smooth and longer than those four beats 0:32 arm angles, everyone straighten your arms. The gun downward should be much stronger and straighter. It’s fast but make sure you hit it 0:33 tony should move up to match jonny’s line the x shape should be completely pointed down. Arms straight and hands should be in front of crotch area 0:34 sammy your roll up should be completely forward, everyone else is on an angle but you arent. 0:35 levels and overall body shape for down. They’re very hunched and stinky man Sammy dont move your feet, keep them planted with your legs straight and move your hips that way 0:37 sammy put your left hand down after that one move (just reference dance practice). Especially set where you’re going to initiate from 0:47 Sammy and izzy arms up should be done by “like” it’s faster than you’re doing it Tony and jonny set arms 0:48 sammy and izzy arm heights and body orientations are off 0:51 tony sammy and jonny should all be in a line behind izzy. Set where your hands start from before going out formation overall can be tighter, jonny’s left shoulder should be completely behind izzy 1:11 jonny should be completely behind izzy after the step to the left and then everyone collectively takes a step back into center sammy there should be a clear change in levels for your flicks (first should be a little above the head and the second should be a little above the shoulders) 1:12 positions should be more like a diamond, tony can move in more and jonny can be more directly behind izzy 1:15 jonny make sure to keep your arms by your sides until the beat, dont prep the move (reference izzy); also when the arms are up, fists should be turned inward (palm of the hand should be facing towards the top of your head) 1:17 everyone except sammy, the impact can be bigger on the first icky and the first push, then the following hits can be softer 1:19 jonny dont make the transition fluid, make sure to get up and land with tension on the beat, then turn to the right to walk to the next position both jonny and tony can add more tension and make sure that when you freeze into the pose, the arms are crossed with your hands clasped together in front (reference izzy) izzy, with this same pose, take a wider stance to emphasize the body angles and lean a bit more towards sammy to help with that jonny, tony, and izzy make sure to look left when you pose tony and izzy should be facing the back but more at a 45 degree angle, while jonny is fully facing the back 1:21 set everyone’s hand placement and legs when you go down tony should take a step out to the left, not the right izzy don’t take too big of a step towards the right, you should end up standing directly behind tony 1:23 tony this move can be hit harder/more powerful; in the dance practice, jseph adds a head move which adds to the impact
some members still look uncomfortable with the parts that they have the energy change was very evident compared to the first attempt, and i think it did help with many of those minor timing issues. there was a lot less nitty gritty things, and honestly doing it over and over again will flatten out those minor details. just a few critiques: 1:42 the timing for the step behind the other foot was off 2:04-2:14 (which can apply to the other choruses) zoe: the hip circles with the hand movements are a little earlier than the others 2:50 sammy: putting a little bounce into your strut would give you that perfect sass (reference kyla) great job guys! Overall still lacks a lot of power and girl crush Moves are still messy and unclean throughout members I feel like there was a lot of improvement on timing issues since the first time, also the moves are sharper. There are still some small issues w timing / cleanliness but i think it’s still good to film. there are still a lot of tiny timing issues that just add up and look a little messy. i think one more practice could help if you just focus on running the song and getting comfortable and setting all of the timing can still work on varying the textures of some moves (like when to be softer and flowy or when to be sharp) there’s also still some timing issues
Overall critique: messy, many moves are not clean/set, some moves are different from the original choreo. But energy was not bad and has potential. Critiques for just the beginning to end of first chorus: 0:04- the snap forward each other is not synchronized. 0:07-0:10- Zoe can add more extensions and lean more into other members (be more sassy) 0:10-0:15- this kinda ate 0:16-0:21- Izzy needs to extend and make her moves more clearer, her girl in the practice video really launches herself and commits to her moves. 0:21- leg kick timing is different 0:22- during the steps backwards instead of going back neutrally add a little bit of a shoulder. 0:23- kick and hand over head timing is diff 0:25- during “hey” every should pose dramatically and then during “can you feel me now” you should turn to sammy dramatically as well. 0:26- chest pumps are diff timing. 0:29- head orientation is diff (follow sammy), also while setting back Kyla and Izzy add a little bit of head while stepping back (like sammy) 0:30- initiation for bringing the hand down is diff (sammy is the closest to the right timing) 0:32- timing for turning around is wrong (reference dance practice video) 0:33- Sammy don’t rush the finger pointing. Also set where you guys are pointing. 0:34- Kyla bring your hand up higher. This whole sequence needs to be a lot more clearer its very blended together, separate your moves. 0:36- the cross and open arm moves should be a lot bigger (to the point your hair flips). 0:40- when you guys step up and cross your arms make sure to bring your arms slightly up (follow Kyla). 0:40-0:42- clean the whole “back it up” sequence, everyones legs and arms are diff 0:45- the punch out for “talk that” needs to be a lot bigger and stronger. You should also lift your right leg to help make it bigger (follow Izzy’s leg). Also Kyla is moving the wrong foot. 0:50- clean hands and hip rotation for “on your lips.” 0:53- add more butt LOLZ. When you look at the dance practice they really emphasize when the butt goes out. 0:56- Izzy don’t move your head with your hip, it should only be your hip and your foot moving. The critiques are the same as the one above: add a lot more power to the punch back. 1:02- Izzy don’t look to the side. 1:04- during “baby” everyone should squat to make the up bigger. 1:05-1:12- clean and set this whole sequence. 1:13- timing is off for pointing (Kyla is late). 1:14- make chest pumps a lot bigger. varying energies across members and some members look unsure/not confident in the moves lots of timing issues throughout the entire song There should be more energy and deliberate playfulness Positions can be tighter 1st verse Last chorus can benefit from drilling group interactions can be played with more Chorus punches can be more explosive Could use more ass There are lots of differing head movements (chorus punches, and kicking break...looking forward vs looking to the side) good energy but could be more powerful during solo parts and hip/booty movement in the chorus. timing issues and noticeable differences during the kicking thingy before the bridge but other than that v fun watch. throughout the entire dance, i noticed that everyone's textures were different and didn't match the song's energy/vibe that much. the dance has a lot of fluid movements, body angles, and OMG THE ASS i think that a couple more practices to match moves and timing would def help but otherwise the sass and the attitude are sooo amazing!! the number one trouble spot is early/late timing, affecting body placements (arms, legs, etc.) and sharpness. being sharper and going through with full extensions when necessary will definitely help. this song and choreo are so energetic, so be sure to keep up that energy even when you're not center to prevent messy execution. spending more time on the minor details will make this cover more amazing than it already is, and that's what you should aim for! as a final thought, pop that bootay in all choruses ladies !!! there’s still some timing issues and cleaning that can be done- there also needs to be more energy and they can still be more flexible with textures (where to be sharp and where to be soft) arms are not always extended which leads to timing issues, some other slight timing issues as well. power and sharpness varies between members. maybe one or two more practices to drill everything and get stamina up :)) Overall this is really good!! I love the energy and vibes and the choreo looks great overall. I think overall they need to clean a little bit more, specifically making sure that angles and timing are the same. The formations also looked good overall but I would run them a few more times to make sure you can get in and out of them seamlessly. - watch timing and angles at 1:27 - 1:40 watch timing on for arm move and feet - For formation change near ~1:33-1:35, run a few times/ make sure ur comfortable with it. Moving backwards is tricky but you shouldn’t be looking backwards / towards ur next spot

Overall: Work on textures, setting moves, and cleanliness. Referencing the dance practice, Enhypen focuses a lot on the different textures (especially tensing their movements and then releasing). Using the different textures will really help the performance to look a lot bigger and dramatic compared to it being one toned. Focus on setting moves between members as many of the times they are very different, this dance itself is very detailed so make sure to set the different angles and movements (like the one isolation part in the chorus). Use the next couple practices focusing and familiarizing yourselves with the moves as there is a bit to clean. You guys have good energy, so adding everything above and below will really help enhance your result! Good luck :)) 0:04 up is off timing, make sure to make a koooooonngg kind of initiation. Same for hands in a few seconds later 0:07 hands up timing, be more right and controlled to get them synced and powerful 0:09 niki jake jay and heeseung all go down on a specific timing, not just down straight out of the movement. Position can be tighter 0:12 the spread out takes two beats, theres like a prep before they slide and then the actual slide out 0:13 clean arms. When you place them down it should be much sharper 0:14-0:16 fix shoulder angles and positon. First set: Kachi’s chest is more stuck out, sherly’s whole torso is leaned, alex isn’t leaning much. Second set: sherly’s shoulder is more forward, kachi’s booty is out. Izzy follow what jay does, ik it’s your center part but you should do the level changes too. 0:17 clean this section, alyssa and li don’t come up in the same way. Sherly preps with her arm, overall sharpness/timing of everyone coming up is off 0:19 line can be more spread out and even 0:19-0:22 timing is off on turning. this was such a slay <33 butttt there are a lot of details both big and small that can be looked over again. in general, it would help a lot if positions were looked over again and make sure to clarify pathways because once positions are unclear, then the formations look off and then the following positions would be off and it becomes a chain reaction. overall, it would also help to set and clean the small details to make the dance look cohesive because everyone’s textures, power, energy, and body control is different. embrace the inner girl boss stank and really know when to exaggerate or emphasize certain moves that will bring the energy higher!! critiques start here: 0:00 beginning formation can be tighter and not as deep - sammy and izzy can back up closer to the trio in the middle - lauren, mavi, and kat can be closer together (shoulders should be right next to each other) and can also be in the same line 0:08 izzy make sure your head is down until sammy starts singing then your head looks forward 0:12 timing was off - sammy should get into center faster so that there is a moment where everyone but izzy is in center and then everyone disperses - once the formation becomes closer, it will make it easier for sammy to get into center - pathways wise, sammy can just walk to her right after the starting position 0:14 izzy make sure to execute the solo part with more body control and tension in the moves; delicious yall slayed here are some tiny critiques: 3:22 timing for three stomps did not match overall 3:29 timing and pathways for putting arm down should be clarified 3:36 izzy and colleen can move in to match katie and dom 3:45 throwing arms around can be cleaner still super yummy though great job there were some parts where it lacked energy and overall, everyone’s textures were different. there were definitely some parts that were cleaned super well :DD but in general i think that a couple more practices would help everyone get on the same page for expressing the vibe of the song, making sure everyone is giving stage presence as if you were filming, clarifying how much energy should be put in or taken away, etc. small mistakes with timing and levels , but overall good and fixable in the short term. some details are lost like hand angles (which seems pretty important in this dance) and some members look unsure of what they are doing You guys definitely improved from the last video sent in however: -many of the fixes written on the critique list were not fixed. -0:46-0:51 Izzy rather messed up did not complete the move. -energy is still visibly lacking. -The main focus of this choreo is the popping moves however those moves were not really shown (especially during the chorus). The way people “popped” were different, some would use their chest (example: Colleen) while some would use their whole body (example: Mavi). -Positions were still off where one side would be close or further out than the other. -Many of the fixes and critiques are more detail/texture oriented so if you guys can get that down, that would be so swag! Yass slayed, only thing to watch out for is make sure the lift at the beginning is super clean + watch timing when everyone sits down on the ground towards the beginning
Overall- The moves can be a lot more exaggerated and bigger. Most of this dance focuses on the hits and popping so making those bigger would be berry good. 0:21- Colleen make sure to do more of a hit than a wave down the body during the three hits in the music. Niki isolates his body more than doing a wave down. 0:24-0:25- the hand sequence that Katie and Mavi does is different from each other. 0:28- Sammy is slightly late to the crawl. 0:29- during the crawl make sure everyone touches the floor during the first slide and for the second slide everyone brushes their hand across their mouth area. 0:30- Izzy turns too early and hits the beats late when getting up. 0:31- overall the body hits can be a lot more dramatic and bigger. 0:34- The left side can match the right side in terms of position. 0:37- There should be a hit to getting up. Refer to Katie. 0:40- Dom can move in. 0:41-0:42- Set and clean this section. Every time theres a hit in the beat, everyone should also match that texture of hitting, 0:43- going down and getting up time is different for everyone. 0:43- Li and Izzy can move out to the left slightly to match the right side. 0:45-0:49- Set hand details and head orientation for this section. 0:47- The elbow hit can be a lot bigger and sharper. 0:49- set how and when heads are going to come up. overall, positions can be looked over in more detail and a review of moves in certain sections can help with cohesion. also, make sure to pay attention to textures throughout the dance. textures should be similar among everyone even with this being a co-ed song and each member having their own musicality. you can add much more energy and tension, otherwise the moves look loose and lazy just because of the very chill style of dance. don’t be afraid to give more than kard!!!!!!!!!! critiques start here 0:06 position is off, izzy move out more. Set amongst yourselves but tony def late Izzy lean your hips toward center Izzy and sammy can both have more tension coming up, it feels to fluid and fast. In the dance practice they don’t get all the way up before they move, so really drag it out and focus on keeping the shape of your bodies 0:16 keep moving until you hit this pose, izzy esp you landed in your spot before the pose and it lost some of its impact. Jonny and tony can also move out, no one should be overlapping on the beat of the pose, the movement should be sharp and clear Head look is off. Position can be tighter, sammy should be slightly covered 0:52-0:54 everyones arms are off, set specific places and angles and pathways CHORUS 0:55 pathways on “ima get” are different 0:56 arms and hand distances are off. Tony have more claws rather than loose wrists Body orientation really isn’t THAAAT sideways Legs are off too. It’s like a scoop like jonny’s doing, but smaller since their bodies arent very turned. They’re different from each other in the dance practice too but just set something amongst yourselves For the arms, when you open and close your hands the first time only move your wrist. some members still look uncomfortable with the parts that they have the energy change was very evident compared to the first attempt, and i think it did help with many of those minor timing issues. there was a lot less nitty gritty things, and honestly doing it over and over again will flatten out those minor details. just a few critiques: 1:42 the timing for the step behind the other foot was off 2:04-2:14 (which can apply to the other choruses) zoe: the hip circles with the hand movements are a little earlier than the others 2:50 sammy: putting a little bounce into your strut would give you that perfect sass (reference kyla) great job guys! Overall still lacks a lot of power and girl crush Moves are still messy and unclean throughout members I feel like there was a lot of improvement on timing issues since the first time, also the moves are sharper. There are still some small issues w timing / cleanliness but i think it’s still good to film. there are still a lot of tiny timing issues that just add up and look a little messy. i think one more practice could help if you just focus on running the song and getting comfortable and setting all of the timing can still work on varying the textures of some moves (like when to be softer and flowy or when to be sharp) there’s also still some timing issues
Overall critique: messy, many moves are not clean/set, some moves are different from the original choreo. But energy was not bad and has potential. Critiques for just the beginning to end of first chorus: 0:04- the snap forward each other is not synchronized. 0:07-0:10- Zoe can add more extensions and lean more into other members (be more sassy) 0:10-0:15- this kinda ate 0:16-0:21- Izzy needs to extend and make her moves more clearer, her girl in the practice video really launches herself and commits to her moves. 0:21- leg kick timing is different 0:22- during the steps backwards instead of going back neutrally add a little bit of a shoulder. 0:23- kick and hand over head timing is diff 0:25- during “hey” every should pose dramatically and then during “can you feel me now” you should turn to sammy dramatically as well. 0:26- chest pumps are diff timing. 0:29- head orientation is diff (follow sammy), also while setting back Kyla and Izzy add a little bit of head while stepping back (like sammy) 0:30- initiation for bringing the hand down is diff (sammy is the closest to the right timing) 0:32- timing for turning around is wrong (reference dance practice video) 0:33- Sammy don’t rush the finger pointing. Also set where you guys are pointing. 0:34- Kyla bring your hand up higher. This whole sequence needs to be a lot more clearer its very blended together, separate your moves. 0:36- the cross and open arm moves should be a lot bigger (to the point your hair flips). 0:40- when you guys step up and cross your arms make sure to bring your arms slightly up (follow Kyla). 0:40-0:42- clean the whole “back it up” sequence, everyones legs and arms are diff 0:45- the punch out for “talk that” needs to be a lot bigger and stronger. You should also lift your right leg to help make it bigger (follow Izzy’s leg). Also Kyla is moving the wrong foot. 0:50- clean hands and hip rotation for “on your lips.” 0:53- add more butt LOLZ. When you look at the dance practice they really emphasize when the butt goes out. 0:56- Izzy don’t move your head with your hip, it should only be your hip and your foot moving. The critiques are the same as the one above: add a lot more power to the punch back. 1:02- Izzy don’t look to the side. 1:04- during “baby” everyone should squat to make the up bigger. 1:05-1:12- clean and set this whole sequence. 1:13- timing is off for pointing (Kyla is late). 1:14- make chest pumps a lot bigger. varying energies across members and some members look unsure/not confident in the moves lots of timing issues throughout the entire song There should be more energy and deliberate playfulness Positions can be tighter 1st verse Last chorus can benefit from drilling group interactions can be played with more Chorus punches can be more explosive Could use more ass There are lots of differing head movements (chorus punches, and kicking break...looking forward vs looking to the side) good energy but could be more powerful during solo parts and hip/booty movement in the chorus. timing issues and noticeable differences during the kicking thingy before the bridge but other than that v fun watch. throughout the entire dance, i noticed that everyone's textures were different and didn't match the song's energy/vibe that much. the dance has a lot of fluid movements, body angles, and OMG THE ASS i think that a couple more practices to match moves and timing would def help but otherwise the sass and the attitude are sooo amazing!! the number one trouble spot is early/late timing, affecting body placements (arms, legs, etc.) and sharpness. being sharper and going through with full extensions when necessary will definitely help. this song and choreo are so energetic, so be sure to keep up that energy even when you're not center to prevent messy execution. spending more time on the minor details will make this cover more amazing than it already is, and that's what you should aim for! as a final thought, pop that bootay in all choruses ladies !!! there’s still some timing issues and cleaning that can be done- there also needs to be more energy and they can still be more flexible with textures (where to be sharp and where to be soft) arms are not always extended which leads to timing issues, some other slight timing issues as well. power and sharpness varies between members. maybe one or two more practices to drill everything and get stamina up :)) Overall this is really good!! I love the energy and vibes and the choreo looks great overall. I think overall they need to clean a little bit more, specifically making sure that angles and timing are the same. The formations also looked good overall but I would run them a few more times to make sure you can get in and out of them seamlessly. - watch timing and angles at 1:27 - 1:40 watch timing on for arm move and feet - For formation change near ~1:33-1:35, run a few times/ make sure ur comfortable with it. Moving backwards is tricky but you shouldn’t be looking backwards / towards ur next spot
